Ankle Pain . What Did I Do To My Ankle

Ankle pain?? What to do??

The best thing to do is remineralize the tendons. Epsom salts is magnesium sulfate - two substances which support muscle health. Eat anti-inflammatory herbs such as rosemary and oregano. I use Bosweillia for any pain, like its an aspirin.

Also, there is something in home grown and macerated marigold flowers that heals bruises. It must be kept in a jar filled halfway with olive oil for three days.

Why is my ankle in pain in the morning?

Ankle pain may result from injuries such as fractures, sprains, or strains. It may also result from arthritis or overuse. Some common treatments for different types of ankle problems are splinting for fractures, RICE therapy for swelling or pain, range-of-motion and stretching exercises, and more. Follow the links below to find WebMD's comprehensive coverage about how ankle pain is caused, how to treat it, and much more. Morning ankle pain happens usually through overuse or extra weight. It alleviates as you warm up and subsides as you start walking. An ankle pain is usually recommended to be prevented rather than treated. Maintain a healthy weight, avoid exercising or playing sports when you are tired or in pain, keep muscles strong by eating a well-balanced diet, try to avoid falling and tripping.

Can flat feet cause ankle pain?

Yep! With flat feet, your bones are misaligned, causing your weight to be distributed inappropriately up your entire leg and into your hip. Talk to a podiatrist about orthotics to help your feet to carry your weight more naturally.

Ankle pain when jumping?

Ohhh my...well, here's the diagnosis, sir (or madam) ;) :

The fact that you've been skipping-rope regularly goes to show, already, that you've got an inflamed joint. Your ankles support your entire upper body, literally from the ankles up, so each time you jump your body weight comes pounding down on your ankles and puts extreme pressure on them. I make it sound dreadful but really it is the truth. You can always ask your doctor for some "Gen-naproxen" pills. You need a prescription, so if the pain is really unbearable then head over to your doc as soon as you can and ask for those pills. Ofcourse, this is my recommendation to you, personally. Those pills will reduce your joint inflammation (basically saying your joints/ankles are swollen because they are protecting themselves from all the pressure that they expect to be supporting soon, since you've made jumping rope so regular in your routine. Think of it as if you ankles are cushioning themselves from the blow.) and they'll reduce the pain, too. If you're not comfortable with taking pills to help the pain and inflammation then here's an old remedy: Boil some cabbage leaves and then, when they're taken out of the water and cool off a tiny bit til' they're hot-warm, wrap them around your sore ankle. Leave it on for a few minutes or until cold. Take them off and it should feel slightly better!
Until you make an appointment with you doctor about the pill suggestion or do the cabbage remedy, I want to say: Goodluch, happy holidays and QUIT JUMPING ROPE SO MUCH, SILLY! :)

Can flat feet cause outer ankle pain?

Yes, they can. But it is important to remember that there could be many other reasons as well.Having flat feet means that your feet don’t move the way they’re supposed to; the lack of proper arches causes your feet to flatten completely on to the ground as you walk. This forces the foot-ankle structure to move beyond its normal range of motion, making you vulnerable to ankle pain and sprains. When your ankle rolls or twists abnormally, one of the ligaments supporting the ankle structure may get damaged. As a result, you might experience pain and discomfort while walking. In some cases, there may even be swelling in the region. The first line of treatment involves avoiding activities that will put more strain on the affected ankle. This allows the injured ligament to heal sufficiently. For any swelling, apply an ice pack 10–15 minutes every hour until it goes down.If left untreated, flat feet can cause more problems in the feet such as plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia or bunions. One of the best methods of managing a flatfoot condition is using MASS4D® foot orthotics. These orthotics can be customised to suit your individual needs, taking into account your bodyweight, activity levels, foot structure and condition.By stabilising your arches and regulating foot movement, MASS4D® is able to promote normal functioning of the foot-ankle structure. This helps in minimising the incidences of ankle sprains.Read more about why MASS4D® is used in the treatment of ankle sprains here.

Can't sleep cause of ankle sprain pain?

Try just elevating just that ankle itself. One thing that sucks about having something that your body isn't use to is to get use to it. When I was later on in my pregnancy I couldn't sleep worth a poo. Sure it I wasn't in pain like you are but i was extremely uncomfortable. Which I am sure is what keeps waking you up along with the pain. Keep doing what you are doing and if you are still unable to go to sleep in 2 day i would go see a Dr. about it. It may be more then a sprang.
