Any Blacks Relaxed People Here

How many black people live in Alaska?

Well I know they do but I want the exact amount. I think Wyoming came in 3rd to last on the list of "percentage of black people in all 50 states". So I called up my friends who lives there and asked her how many blacks she saw in her life ans he told me only 3......lol.
Montana came in last on the list so I am pretty sure only 2000 blacks live in that entire state.
Alaska came in 42nd so I guess you all have like 19000 blacks.

My main questions is, are these states racist? There must be a reason as to why backs and other races dont go there. I know its wrong to judge a state by the amount of whites but I just wanna know. I can be sure the whites in NY are not racist cuz they see blacks everyday. But I have to question whites from Alaska, Wyoming, Montana ....etc because they seldom see blacks.

So tell em what you think, is it wise to move to sate like this OR should I move to a state where blacks are more recognized and have the same respect as everyone else? I am really tired of NY and Alaska looks like a lovely place, its also far so I would be able to get away from all the 'family BS'
Also can you tell em what life is like there? I wanna know about cost of living, rent, car prices, registration, gun laws, stupid laws, available jobs...etc. from what I heard Alaska is pretty relaxed

NY is become a burden now because ALL immigrants decide to come here, I guess they never heard about the other 49 states...lol. Its overcrowded and all the jobs are gone.

Can someone explain to me what a post relaxer is, any black or mixed black women answering?

post meaning after the relaxer. its been 5 weeks after they relaxed their hair

Are there any black people in hawaii?

Yes, there are. Some have lived there for generations, others are there as dependents of military or government people stationed in Hawaii, especially in and around Honolulu.

You must realize that the ethnic composition in Hawaii is not the same as that of any other states in the US. For example, whites (Caucasians) there total only 41% of the population whereas Asian-Americans make up the majority at over 57%. African-Americans amount to over 3%, a much smaller percentage than on the US mainland (10 to 12%) .

While there are far fewer black people there in Hawaii,as a percentage, compared to that on the mainland, you'll find a much more relaxed lifestyle there as far as racial issues are concerned. Since the whites are not in the majority, being a "nonwhite" person in the Aloha State doesn't mean quite the same as being one in the continental U.S.

How can black men's hair be softened?

Here’s what I do with my hair:I only use sulfate free shampoo and that’s because the sulfate removes all of the oil present inside the hair. You can use brands like Cantu, Shea Moisture or Palmers. As for the conditionner get one from the same shampoo brand you choose.I put lotion on it twice a week or sometimes even once a week, depending on how long your hair can stay without getting dry. But since your hair is really tough, you can do that more often. I recommend using ORS Olive Oil Hair Lotion. If you can get a spray bottle, fill it with warm water and 4 drips of Argan oil, that could help a lot. You just need to spray some of it on your hair everyday after your shower, then comb it if you want. Although I’d highly recommend you comb it in order to avoid having messy hair.

Why do you think most Australians and Kiwis are so relaxed and most Americans are nervous & high strung?

They seem to not have a worry in the world, like every day is hakuna matata. I have never been to either country, so I might be mistaken with my limited experiences with people from these countries, but almost across the board something that would sent me in to a major panic, they don't give a second thought to. I have sensed this to some extent with Canadians as well. Americans on the other hand seem to have major agita over even small sht, like they are not feeling secure about something. Just look how volatile the American police are or those scumbags who run airport security. Think about how Americans are on anti-depressants, anti-anxiety drugs like benzos, or are self-medicating with alcohol and/or weed. Anyone else make this observation and know what the cultural reasons are that could leave two different country people to have such different mental levels of security? Is there less bullying at your schools, are your parents kinder, are strangers kinder to each other, is there less verbal and physical violence?
