I Need Opinions on the Title of a Book I'm Writing?

1) The Tales of a Gypsy
She isn’t a gypsy. She’s pretending to be one and by calling it that you would deceive the reader that they are going to read a book about a gyspy (unless they read the blurb).

2) Memoirs of a Gypsy
See above

3) Disguised
Because it’s one word, I think it’s sounds sharp and scary (like a woman running from a serial killer or something). It doesn’t really hint that it’s a romance.

4) The Enchantress
I like this one. It sounds mysterious and very ‘I am a romance book, read me now’

5) The Longing of Freedom
Mmm, nope.

6) Midnight Romance
I wouldn't go with anything with midnight in it because it makes it seem like a 'dark' novel, like a vampire book or something.

7) Carnival Nights
No.

8) In the Markets at Midnight
I wouldn't go with anything with midnight in it because it makes it seem like a 'dark' novel, like a vampire book or something.

9) Disguised as a Gypsy
I like this idea, but maybe ‘The Masked Gypsy’?

10) Memoirs of an Enchantress
LOVE THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11) Tales of an Enchantress
This one’s great too, but I prefer ‘memoirs’

12) Midnight Memoirs
The alliteration is good but…
I wouldn't go with anything with midnight in it because it makes it seem like a 'dark' novel, like a vampire book or something.

13) Enchantment of the Night
No, I just don’t like this one, I don’t think it suits your plot

14) Midnight Magic
even though its alliteration, it sounds like a kids book and I just don’t think that I would want to read it.

15) Magical Romance
Sounds a little silly and not believable (even though I see where you’re coming from)

16) Midnight Enchantments
Again, I don’t like the whole midnight thing.

17) The Village Gypsy
no

18) Enchantress of the Night
no

19) Masked Love
Possibly.

20) Market Masquerade
No way

21) The Masquerade of Midnight
Urghh MIDNIGHT.

22) Hidden in the Night
She isn’t exactly hiding, and it doesn’t really tell me much of the romance, though it does a little magical.

MY FAVOURITES:

- The Masked Gypsy
- Memoirs of an Enchantress
.

What book should I read, next?

Okay, I'm in a reading mood. I've recently completed "Dragon Rider". It's written by Cornelia Funke. I read the 2004 English edition, which is translated by Anthea Bell. Anyways, I liked it so much that I'm reading it again. I am, however, almost done yet again. I want something to pick up and read as soon as I'm done. Now, before all the crazed fangirls on here start shouting: "zomg! read twilight!!!!!! it's sooo awesome! edward is hawwwt!!!!!!!!!!!", I would like to explain a few things.

1 - I would like a book similar to Dragon Rider.

2 - I want it to be a fantasy.

3 - I don't want there to be any sequels, prequels, or any book connected to it.

4 - No crappy endings or chief characters getting killed off.

5 - It has to be English, and It can't be translated from French.

6 - It CANNOT BE TWILIGHT! I'm not saying that it's not good, but there can't be any sequels, and it's from a trilogy.

7 - It has to be charming, humorous, and rather unique.
