Middle of my chest is boney. Exercises?

I think its supposed to be boney, considering there's no actual muscle covering the sternum. Yeah, you can have huge, defined pecs but still retain that small spot in the middle of the chest that's the sternum (boney). My suggestion is to increase overall mass by eating bigger portions and maybe it can cover it up.

What exercises do I need to do to shape my chest and nipple area better?

Nipples are genetic but in terms of chest it depends on the shape you want. If you want a full bodybuilder type upper chest then incline bench presses are key. For a flatter more cut look the flat bench. In either case to round out the bottom decline presses are important. Flys will give you greater definition between your pecs (especially cable flys) and the seated press will cut the sides. And there’s no substitute for the good old fashioned push up.

Are there any chest exercises which do not affect one's shoulders?

Most chest exercises use your shoulders and if you properly warmup your shoulders, then you won’t feel as much strain in your shoulders when you perform chest exercises. A few great chest exercises that you can use to minimally affect your shoulder joints are cable or resistance band chest exercises. Why do I only ever feel chest exercises in the front of my shoulders?

wow… this brings me back to the days when i started.lets see, there are 3 points you need to make sure you score to counter this problem, so lets begin!ok so first of all is the bring your scalps together thing, i can see from the question that you are doing it but are you? you need to make sure your scalps are touching and bring your shoulder down , i like to think of it as to bring my shoulder as far away from my ears. Here is the thing though, you need to keep your scalps an shoulder at that state for the whole set , my guess is that it breaks after your first rep.second is the way you bring the bar down , i will demonstrate 2 pictures one is wrong and the other is right but before i do that let me explain it in text form. when you bring the bar down make sure the bar touches around the nipple area and NOT the collar bone area. also make sure the angles from your ribs to your elbows is at 45 degrees and NOT AT 90 DEGREES.lastly , your shoulders or triceps might be weaker than your chest therefore they cant handle the weight you are placing, take it slow and make sure you do your shoulder day correctly.try to do this on shoulder day to maximize strength gains until it keeps up with your chest then you may resume with your normal schedule. shoulder barbel press - 3 sets , 5 reps , 85% RPM , 3–4 minutes rest shoulder lateral raises - 3 sets , 8 reps , 60% RPM , 2 minutes rest facepulls - 3 sets , 8 reps , 60% RPM , 2 minutes rest if you have extra energy on that day go with : extra inclined bench press - 2 sets , 6–8 reps , 70–80% RPM , 2–3 minutesone last thing , if your shoulder pain increases then you must STOP! , this is an indication that you shoulder is injured and to be able to fix it you should strengthen your rotator cuffs, this worked wonders for me! just search rotator cuffs exercises on google.ohhh another thing? yeah almost forgot :D this exercise also worked wonders for my shoulder! here you goif you have extra time check my other answers , maybe a follow would be nice :)good luck!Edit : OMG 50k+ views and 100+ up votes THANK YOUHere is picture of zyzz showing his aesthetics

Anyone know any good chest building exercises i can do at home?

lots of push ups. also if you have a weight bench, bench presses work great. u can pick a body building a magazine they usually have work out routines for every part of the body. just keep in mind that muscle is not gonna pop up over night, so you have to be patient & consistent.

List some COMPOUND exercises(lifts) for Chest, Back, Triceps and Hamstrings?

Bench press for chest, straight legged deadlifts for hammies, and regular deadlifts for back. Those are compound exercises, and cannot be substituted with machines.

What exercise will tighten my chest, but not increase my chest size?

You are training in the wrong way, to cut and define muscles you need to lots of repititions at lighter weights. You need to do 4 sets of 25 at the same weight to define and cut. Circuit training is ideal for this and i think you need to speak to a personal trainer to show you how to use it properly. A proper circuit in a gym will be set up with a light that is time based. You move from each workout unit to the next based on the light (or beeper) and do as many reps you can on that machine in the allocated time

If you do slow movements, power using movements you will always build size. Here you do sets that go heavier each time but with lower reps. So set 1 = 20 reps at 50kg, then set 2 = 15 rep at 60kg and set 3 = 10 rep at 70kg and the last power set you do at the max weight you can do and see how many reps you can do (usually only 2)
