Any personal ghost stories you want to share?
my father who lived in another state and hadn't been to my house in 2 years recently passed away. a few weeks ago, i woke up from a dream about him and thought i heard someone saying my name. My fiance is on a Business trip and hadn't been home in 2 weeks, and other than him, i live alone. Needless to say, i was very spooked, it had defiantly been a mans voice. I went into the hallway, and i have a row of pictures along the shelf, as i passed the pictures, i got a very strong whiff of cologne, it smelt like the kind my father wore while i was growing up. My fiance doesn't wear cologne and i don't wear perfume because he has bad allergies. I stopped and looked at the pictures, i had layed the picture of me and my daddy down because i always started sobbing when i saw it. Now, it was back up, more to the front of the shelf than it had been. No one had been in my house for a week, it had been laying there that morning, and i did not move it. i believe my dad was telling me it was okay, i didn't need to be sad, and to not forget him. This has forever altered my beliefs about ghosts and spirits.
Real life scary experiences?
Once I got in trouble with these thugs..I didn't owe them anything but according to them I did..he'd point out the tattoo under his eye and say don't think I'm not crazy! They'd bang on my door so hard the walls would shake..It was more serious than u think..I didn't have any money and just up and moved out breaking my lease on the apartment ..I moved into a group home and I would pray every nite these guys wouldn't find me..I'd have nightmares of them beating me..then one nite I had a dream my friend who died a couple years before put a cigarette out on my forehead then had a shoot out with those guys..when I opened my eyes my phone got a text alert..it was one of those chain messages that said a sick woman had a dream Jesus gave her some water to drink and when she woke up she was better..i dunno that's my TRUE story
Can you share your personal experience of seeing a ghost?
When I was around 11 yrs old, I saw a ghost which was a female ghost.So, the story is , I was sleeping in my room with my sister . I don't know the reason but I woke up and started walking towards the window without any reason. I was not feeling sleepy either. I was just walking towards the window without any control. I wasn't thinking anything.I went near the window and started staring the road. Suddenly ,I noticed a women in white saree, with a cat in her hand.She was crossing the road and suddenly a car went through her. Nothing had happened to her but the cat was lying there totally destroyed.I was scared as hell . I felt something was behind me so , without turning my face, I walked towards my bed, hid myself in bed sheet and slept.It was my most scaring experience.Thank you quorans for upvotes.Next day , when I was crossing the road, I noticed that the road was red exactly where I saw that cat lying at night. I am shivering while writing this answer. I told this to everyone in my family but nobody took it seriously. I hope you did….
Anybody else have a ghost experience?
Ok so last night (or this morning) I woke up at 4:40 and I heard my 5mth old fussing on the monitor. Then I heard someone shushing my baby and winding his mobile. I thought it was my bf's mom, but got up to feed him and used the bathroom. When I walked by his room the door was closed and when I came out of the bathroom, which is right next to it, it was still closed. When I went into the baby's room nobody was there. My baby was also wide awake instead of the usual half asleep mode. His bedroom door can be closed quietly, but when you open it the knob makes a loud squeaky noise when you turn it and the door kinda scraps on the frame. I thought maybe when I flushed whoever happened to go out. This morning though we asked my bf's mom, his niece, and his dad if they went in there and they said no. We bought a semi-expensive monitor that isn't supposed to have interference and there isn't another baby on our block anyway. Plus in 5mths have never had issues with interference and our monitors are on 24/7 literally. Our son is also randomly staring at nothing and smiling or laughing. My bf says he's a baby, but I don't think that's all it is. Plus my bf's sister passed away in this house in the baby's room from cancer in 2002. Also when I was pregnant, when we would leave, my 2yr old would wave and say bye to an empty room and smile or giggle. He never did that before we moved here with my bf and his family. Anybody else have weird experiences like that? Specifically baby monitor experiences if possible.
Can anyone share experiences they have had with ouija boards or ghosts?
I've never had one and don't plan on buying one. The other answers are giving me chills.
