The "Looking for Alaska" kind, which is really the first book I read in about 10 years and was great, but minus the death stuff(which was a major shocker LOL). Just an all out college first time love book. Got any ideas? Pretty new to this lol

There is a whole world of good choices out there. But I recommend books that get inside the protagonist head. Dostoeveskey and Tolstoy are superb. War and Peace and The BrothersKaramazov seem daunting. But read them slow. Underline. They are good for you,I think. Also the living novelist and essayists Marianne Remains Vinson is very good. I don,t know her novels yet but her essays on religion,education, and contemporary life are heady,difficult but quite rich. Also read some poetry. But poetry that studies character,work,and promotes empathy. Philip Levine might’ve good.

Are there any good fantasy books about college-aged kids?
All fantasy books seem to be about teenagers and younger kids. Fantasy has always been my favorite genre, and it's been an easy one to maintain since as a kid there are always fantasy books about people your age. But now I'm a junior in college, and I have so much trouble finding fantasy (or sci-fi) books about college-aged people! Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm thinking more along the lines of someone in our world who has some sort of fantastical adventure, as opposed to someone in an alternate fantasy world, but really either one would be great. I'm just sick of reading about high schoolers for once.
