Best shampoo for oily hair?!?!?

My hair is soooooo oily. Yes I know, I shouldn't wash it everyday but.... I have too! Anyways, I need some good shampoo for very oily hair. And some serious tips on keeping my hair oil free throught the day! Please help! I am even able to by expensive brands... Don't cheap me out! Lay it on me! Please list prices also! :)

What is a good shampoo?

ok, you will have to buy three things, (my little sister has really greasy hair and this worked for her, and it is the perfect combo) ok, buy a thing of head and shoulders, (it says dandruff shampoo (there isnt conditioner, and idk the price, bit i know it is cheap), but it works for greasy hair also) use head and shoulders everyother time you shower, and then buy VO5 shampoo & conditioner (like 1-2 $), (i prefer strawberries and cream scent it last for a long time like 2 days and it smells like body spray, i get compliments all the time) and use it everytime you shower, even when you use the H&S, use the H&S first, then do the VO5 after, and your hair will be AWESOME!!!!trust me, totally diregard what everybody else says, this is what will work cheap, and will totally work!!!

What shampoo brands are really good for dry hair?

My hair is like straw because I've been wearing a lot of hairspray and I was just wondering if anyone knew any good affordable shampoo brands that would lock moisture in my hair.

Best drugstore shampoo for oily hair?

I went through a period where my hair would look oily and greasy sometimes after I washed it. I bought Aveeno shampoo which has worked nicely. I also alternate with Head & Shoulders. Basically any cleansing shampoo that is clear (not a heavy cream color) will work for you.

My hair is so dry after using cheap shampoo from the hotel I stayed in, how can I repair it?

Don’t be panic, using a leave on conditioner that covers your hair with oils and other fatty substance. These kinds of conditioners go in between your hair’s protein cells and retain the moisture of hairs for a longer time. Some conditioners are made to reduce the chance of static electricity that is a major cause of fuzziness of the hair. The fatty substance and oily covering of conditioner on the surface of the hair prevent further environmental damages and also makes hair looks shiny, more relaxed and healthy.I think all oils are work well in this case, some people prefer coconut oil, some others. The point is to fill the gaps between hair’s proteins molecules with oil and cover the surface of the hair with some oily substance.Other suggestion is to use baby shampoo for a couple of weeks and gradually switch to your regular one.

What is a good shampoo and conditioner for oily roots and frizzy ends? I'm on a budget so anything I can get from target or Walmart would be great.

I understand your situation and being on a budget. How ever, these cheap drugstore shampoos won’t be able to help with the oiliness and the dry ends. They will only make it worse.Drugstore shampoos need to be cheap, therefore the products are very diluted in the first place. 80% water and only 20% active ingredients. Furthermore in oder to save manufacturing costs, the ingredients are mostly harmful if not toxic. Silicones, sulfates, PEGs, micro plastic beads, mineral oil, wax, dyes, synthetic fragrance… the list goes on. All of these ingredients will not provide any nourishment to your scalp to balance out the pH for less oil production, nor will they hydrate your hair to fight the dry ends. These products will lay on top of your hair and create buildup that suffocates your hair to the point where it’s breaks.Investing in quality hair care will do only good things to your hair and will save you money in the long run. Premium products, preferably natural-based ones, are very concentrated. Therefore you only need ⅓ of what you’re used to. A bottle will last you about 3–7 months depending on your hair length and thickness. With shampoo there is only one rule I find to be true: what you pay is what you get.Let me know if you’re interested in some recommendations that are naturally based and RIGHT for your specific hair needs and goals. Leave a comment below and I’ll be in touch.I hope my answer is helpful to you.
