What is the war of God the Almighty @ Har- megedon and what will be the out come? Revelation 16:14,16.?

All we need to know about Armageddon is written down already in the book of Revelation, specifically that chapter you partially quote from.

In brief, it is God's war to deal with the culmination of wickedness and godlessness on earth, at the time when Jesus returns to usher in the Day of Judgment (see verse 15). Demonic forces are at back of it, but men curse God because of the plague from God; they don't curse the demons! Then we have to continue into chapters 17 & 18. Babylon the Great is destroyed. The demonic beast will yet go off to destruction but first will mislead people whose names are not written in the Lamb's book of life.

In chapter 19 heaven rejoices and the Bride (the spiritual 'wife' of Jesus Christ) prepares for her marriage. First, Christ conquers the beast, the false prophet, and the leaders of earth who adored them. The beast and the false prophet are thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulphur (19:20). Satan is bound (chapter 20) in the Abyss. The resurrection takes place and all are judged as either going to be with Christ or thrown also into this lake of fire, along with death and Hades.

The outcome may be written in symbolic language, but there is no doubting the outcome! Satan, the demons and all who would not bow their knees willingly in Jesus' name will be judged and punished. No place will be found for them in God's Kingdom, either in heaven or on earth. The big picture has been painted for us by God, who has everything under his perfect control. No matter what world conditions unravel, we just have to keep our eyes on Jesus, and keep following him. The beauty of Revelation is that it speaks to Christians in every generation; we derive comfort and encouragement from it even if we cannot fathom where, exactly, in the time-line we are. Those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life know their Saviour and their Lord and no demonic deceptions will lure them away from him. That is the Big Message we need to remember from the Big Picture!

Why did the Roman Empire fall?

A slave based society can not pass through the next stage of economic development which is industrialization. No need to make a work saving device, just get more slaves. - ( I put this before barbarian invasion because if the Roman empire was able to grow economically it could make up for so many failures on the battlefield. )A slave based society amplifies the difference between the haves and have nots. Not just between slaves and freemen, but between rich slave holders and poor unemployed freemen. This greatly reduced the amount of stake holders within the Empire. Why should you fight to defend a society you have no stake in?The Emperor system neither produced good Emperors on a regular basis or allowed for a peaceful line of succession. Civil War is the most wasteful and dangerous of enterprises when faced with an outside enemy. The Emperor system also needlessly added to the states bureaucracy. Just one example is Governor-ships. With each new Emperor political favors need to be payed back and new Govern-ships where created until the ranks of Governors swelled beyond what would of been recognizable in the 1st century. In the 3rd century AD, for reasons not completely understood today central Asian horsemen poured out to of the Russian steppe pushing Germanic tribes in front of them, pressing them up against the Empire.Extended conflict along the Rhine/Danube, and the extensive use of Germanic mercenaries allowed a technology transfer to such a degree that by the 4th century it was difficult to tell the difference from a German in the Roman army and one that was fighting the Roman army. The reopening of the Silk Route allowed the freer movement of goods and ideas, but also plague. Plague ravaged the Empire who’s densely populated cities where highly vulnerable. These pressures and mismanagement pushed the Roman tax system beyond the Laffer curve optimum. Taxes where pushed higher, revenues fell and then taxes where pushed higher again. The currency depreciated and the amount of silver used in the coinage was reduced by dilution.

Why does sub-Saharan Africa have no history whatsoever?

Other than some archaeological remains here and there, there were not much records from ancient times outside Egypt, and in later times the Romans, Nubians, and the Axumites.

However, with the introduction of writing from the Arabs, the Arabised Africans of the north and the east of mediaeval times wrote some records. There were also many oral legends throughout Africa, which inscribe of their kings and migrations, which may give hints of the histories of many tribes.

Also, around the Middle Ages or later, the kingdoms (or tribes, as you prefer) of modern-day Nigeria used a set of symbols known as "nsibidi" for economic transactions and legal decisions.
