Any Ideas Of Having Fun At Home

What are some fundraising ideas that would be fun for 7th and 8th graders?

my school just had a levy, unfortunately it failed. the student council needs to raise money to continue with the great activities they do. the fundraisers they have are a huge success with 5th and 6th graders but no one in the 7th and 8th grade are interested. Do have any fund raising ideas that would get the 7th and 8th grade involved?

I do not find the idea of partying fun; instead, I like to stay home with my laptop and learn something new. I do go out on drives and all, but I don’t like to drink and smoke. Am I missing out on life? Am I weird?

Not at all.I was a party goer in my twenties. I went to many parties, I sometimes… or rather often got drunk. Sometimes I took a girl with me home(however, often I was also frustrated because I went home alone, other times I did not care if I was alone or not), luckily I almost never got into a fight.Looking back, I see a lot of time that feels wasted a bit. I often wonder why I repeatedly went out with several people although I would know that we all end up drunk somewhere.Although I also have to admit, there were some parties that I remember good as well. They are stored as things worth to remember in my brain. Stories that you can tell again after ten years with friends.Today, I spend my time differently. I enjoy a quiet evening at home, I love to watch good movies, have good food. Sometimes I research on the internet, sometimes I write or read a good book. As a family man these moments get rare, but when they happen, I even ritualise them.If there is one thing, I can recommend to you. Stick to the behaviour that makes you feel good. If you feel nice to spend your Saturday night at home in front of your computer surfing the internet, writing on the internet and maybe watching a movie, do it. But also do not hesitate to do something else, when you feel “Well, this is now the tenth movie night on a weekend, it might be time for a change”And I also have another recommendation for you. How about inviting your colleagues from the MsC over to spend time to enjoy drinks(non-alcoholic for those who do not like alcohol), have a great gaming night and to watch Doctor Who?

What are some fun date ideas for a rainy day?

Obviously, most of your indoor activities are perfect for rainy days....movies, dinner, bowling, etc.

Cafes and coffee houses are fun while it's inclement weather outside........while reading books and newspapers. Bookstores are good.

Can I assume that you want to take advantage of the rain, itself, while on your date??? A lot of places are empty during stormy weather and crowds thin out. The landscape changes perspective..........and our moods can become more pensive/introspective.

The making-out idea is really fun........especially when you are outside while it is raining. If it is more than a quiet rain, on a warm day, you'll need some sort of shelter. I think a barn is the best.......followed closely by a picnic shelter.....with good food. Under a tree is okay....unless you've got some lightening going on, outside. The next best thing would be in a car...........

.....at night a car can be improved if you are at a drive-in movie!!!! Any couples arriving/staying at a drive-in movie during a pouring rain storm are thinking/doing exactly the same thing!!!

When an afternoon rain stops.......go chase a rainbow. Be sure to carry a camera!!

Keep proper rain gear and some extra clothes in the trunk of your car at all times.....ready for the next rain-date.

........and keep plenty of coffee/tea/hot-chocolate, port or scotch in the cupboard for when you get home to dry off.

Fun things to do home alone naked?

You'll quickly get bored with being naked and coming up with special stuff to do just for the thrill of getting away with it. Instead, just stay naked and do what you would normally have done and enjoy being naked simply for the comfort of it.
