Any Possible Way To Find Public Euthanasia Records

Social Anxiety Disorder, Depression and Suicidal Thoughts?

Is it possible to have both? I've got all the symptoms of depression (self harm, suicidal thoughts/plans, loss of interest and motivation, trouble sleeping, feeling worthless) and I'm going to try to make a doctors appointment and get it sorted.
But I heard about Social Anxiety Disorder from a friend and googled the symptoms, and it sounded just like me! I get really panicked if I have to do something like go to speak to a teacher or on the phone, and I always rehearse it in my head, get really stressed, and spend ages thinking about how badly I did in the situation afterwards. I like being with my closer, trusted friends; but in the corridors at school or in class I just have my head down and stay quiet to avoid getting noticed. I've had panic attacks in public places because I feel so ugly and inferior to everyone else and get really worked up and paranoid and ... argh, it's hard to explain. When I get really worked up I just feel like I want to die, and I've impulsively ran out into roads/cut myself before, and I'm worried next time I panic I'll be somewhere where I could do myself harm ... I don't want to die, not when I'm calm anyway! :S
So yeah, can you have them both at the same time?
And what can I do about it? I'd rather not go to a doctor/psychiatrist because I'm really scared of them. I know, I'm pathetic.

Where do I search Public records for "Trust Funds" set up for me?

My Father died in 1995 with a "trust agreement" with my step mother, but I don't think he filed it with the county. He had his retirement home that he built in Volcano, CA before he remarried and retired shortly after wards. In 1984 he made the agreement and they both signed it and he gave copies to my brother and I. There was and estate hearing in 1995 and title to the property passed to her. She always told us she was going to honor the agreement, she sold the property in 1998 and according to the agreement she was supposed to place 85% of the proceeds in an Investment account and was allowed to draw any income from it, but the principal amount was to go the us two kids upon her death. She is 87yo now and living in Oregon and a few weeks ago she called me to tell me of some health issues that had come up, but there was no worries because of it, she mentioned she had no "Will" and wanted to get something down on paper, but her memory is failing about the property and I never knew all the details either. She claims she is entitled to some of the Investment account money she has, but to my knowledge she has no other assets. She says the account has lost a great deal because of stock loses and she used some for moving expenses, but the fund is still 20k short, which I don't mind at this point, but to have more taken would not be fair. I think what she did was sell the property and put the funds into an Investment account, instead of a Trust Fund that would be administered by a third party. I have contacted an attorney at "Just Answers.com" and he suggested searching for the trust fund and I have and found nothing, he wants more money for me to ask more questions, so I'm here. He also suggested I have her transfer the fund to us now, but in her frame of mind I think she would feel we are taking advantage of her because she doesn't even remember selling it, but the county records show the title transfers, I'm getting copies now to show her. No one seems to remember how much she sold it for or any details at all. My brother and I just want to do the right thing, and not loss in the process, and make sure the Investment account she has is the only asset left to us. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is Euthanasia the law in AZ when dog bites its owner?

My brother was bitten by our own dog in our own backyard. He is an adult and has been around the dog its entire life. My brother went to the hospital and they wouldn't treat him unless he reported the dog. He was told he had to have the dog put down within 10 days or they would come and take him. For the record, I don't know who "they" is. My brother was in a lot of pain and that's all he was told. Thankfully the bite wasn't serious and he is fine.
The dog has been in our family for 8 or 9 years and he has never bitten anyone before. We don't know what to do, though precautions will definitely be taken because we have a child in the house. But putting the dog down for biting his owner seems too harsh.
Is this really the law in Arizona? Even though no one is suing and no charges are brought against the animal? Aren't there any other options? I hope someone out there knows these answers. It's been very difficult having to deal with all of this.

How can I find my pitbulls blood line if I don't papers?

I'm going to answer you plainly because I think you really are totally ignorant (no offense intended, ignorant just means you don't have a clue) and very young.

It probably isn't possible, or I should say most likely isn't. When people have interest in producing the best examples of a breed, to keep it as a breed and to reduce health and temperament problems, they keep careful records of who came from who, when, health problems and who owned who. They do this so they know which who to allow to reproduce, and which who to sterilize. Then they pass these records on to whomever becomes the new owner, again so as to preserve all this careful selection and the work that went into creating the breed.

When all people are interested in is 1. money, 2. gambling and related antisocial activities, 3. themselves, they keep no records of any kind (or very poor ones) and they keep no track of where any of the offspring ended up.

On the odd occasion, there are SOMETIMES people who remember some of this information and might tell you, but that in no way suffices for "papers" or bloodlines. Quite a few will lie about a dog's bloodline, or pass on lies that were told to them, some with falsified registration papers, or maybe even innocently. If your dog LOOKS like an APBT, chances are, he has some ancestors that were, and a DNA test can prove or disprove that. But as far as finding a SPECIFIC bloodline to a certain dog- as they used to say "rots o ruck".

You'd have to have your dog's DNA tested, and then be permitted by that dog's owner to compare it to the dog's you think he descended from, and I really don't see that happening. If this were possible by some strange miracle, you would have spent a fortune in time and money, and you still wouldn't have any "papers" to prove his bloodline.

None of this matters anyway. If you weren't given papers with the dog, then either they didn't have any for the parents either, or he was not breeding quality and they didn't want any way for inferior (translate: non breeding quality) pups to be traced back to their dog.

Edit: I personally feel that breeders should be REQUIRED to sterilize pet quality pups before offering them for sale to the general public (for a period of say, 10 years & if it curbs the euthanasia rate, then lift it), but at the present, it doesn't seem to be possible to pass legislation like this. In the meantime, dogs die by the millions...

How can I find out who adopted my dog? I miss her so much?

If you surrendered her to a shelter that euthanizes - there is a 70% or better chance that she is not longer alive. If the dog was a pit or mix of pit, then there is a 85-95% chance that the dog was euthanized.

Shelters and rescue groups do not give out the names of the adopters - due to concerns with stalking or harassment of the new owners, or theft of the dog.

Once you gave the dog up that was it .... Hopefully you surrendered your dog to a rescue group and it has found a home. If you took her to a kill shelter .... all I can say is I hope you can sleep at night.

Is NCIC available to everyone?

The NCIC compact (agreement) limits NCIC access to only certain law enforcement personnel who "have a need to know."

Browsing or miss using NCIC is basis for firing and in some cases criminal prosecution.

Even with NCIC access and a "need to know" the information retrieved from NCIC is based on the type of query.

For example, when a name or numerical identifier is submitted, the request must include the purpose and the requester's name.

A "C" (criminal) request will provide more information than a "J" request (employment with a law enforcement agency). It is a violation of the NCIC compact to query using a "C" when it is for a "J" purpose. There are other codes, I just don't remember them now.

Also each agency's terminal must have a registered ORI number or else NCIC will reject the request.

Some, but not anywhere near as much, information can be obtained by private individuals through commercial databases as accurint.com or Lexus/Nexus (or others) or even visiting the local county court house.

The police can query a person's name/numerical identifiers for outstanding warrants without an reason (agency policies may restrict such queries and it is always a BAD idea to query friends, family, and neighbors - NCIC records and maintains all transactions).

However, criminal histories are a different matter.

Many times experienced law enforcement officers get "jammed up" over NCIC for unauthorized usage, imagine civilians if they had access!
