How do I cancel my order on Zomato app?
You can't cancel, especially with their new and updated policy, apparently. The customer support is not that helpful . I had placed an order by mistake while checking the total amount, and once I realised it, I immediately tried to cancel it, but there was no option . Then I saw that the app said that the restaurant hasn't accepted the order and a delivery person would go and place the order, so I called up the restaurant, explained the issue and requested that they cancel the order. But the restaurant’s person said that there is no option for them to cancel from their side and told me to contact the customer support. So I messaged them, and came to know about the no cancellation policy.Note that the no cancellation policy which the customer support fellow claimed would be written above the menu while ordering wasn't there!He kept saying about how there would be wastage of food and resources, but when I told him about how the order wasn't yet confirmed yet and which was why I wanted to cancel it, he saidPlease consider this as an exceptionSo convenient ha! Now I'm sitting and waiting for the delivery person.
Does anyone else find that new AA advert annoying?
That is such an annoying advert, false and pathetic, who would trust half of them to fix your car anyhow, up with the RAC any day they get the job done without an annoying song.

Do you use a delivery service?
Don't use them and never would, I've seen the Tesco pickers throwing stuff in bags and picking all the things from the front and not checking the date, and if they can't find the right item they'll throw anything in. I've also seen them with the BOGOF's, they'll just put one in and not the free one! Prefer to do it myself and see what's on offer and if they're any reduced bargains.
