Anyone Know Where I Can Find Some Christmas Music That

Anyone know a radio station in ARKANSAS playing Christmas music?

Alot of stations start playing Christmas music mixed in with their regular songs around the first of Dec. Then as it gets closer to Christmas, they play more Christmas music.

While it won't work in your car, you can listen at home or work to http://www.sunny939.com/ out of North Carolina which plays only Christmas music.

Does anyone know where I can find this Christmas song?

I heard someone sing this song and I really liked it. I have looked everywhere to be able to hear it online without success. Does anyone know if there is a youtube video with someone singing it or a clip on another website so I can hear it? I could only find the lyrics...

IT’S SOMEBODY’S BIRTHDAY

Crackers and turkeys and pudding and cream,

Toys in the window that I’ve never seen.

This is the Christmas that everyone sees,

But Christmas means more to me.

Chorus

It’s somebody’s birthday I won’t forget,

As I open the things that I get.

I’ll remember the inn and the stable so bare,

And Jesus who once lay there.

Everyone’s out shopping late every night,

For candles and presents and Christmas tree lights

This is the Christmas that everyone sees,

But Christmas means more to me.

Christmas morning, the start of the day,

There’s presents to open and new games to play.

This is the Christmas that everyone sees,

But Christmas means more to me.

Does anyone actually enjoy Christmas music, or, as it does with me, does it just get on everyones' nerves?

I genuinely enjoy it. 100%.I look forward to listening to Christmas music! Sometimes I look it up and listen to it when Christmas is months away. Why? There’s a few reasons. The association. Because Christmas music is played around Christmastime, obviously, the two are associated together. So, when I hear Christmas music, it immediately helps me to get into the Christmas spirit and feel like Christmas time is here. Because Christmas has always been a positive and happy time for me, I WANT to be in the Christmas Spirit as much as possible when the time comes. It’s clean and everywhere. I know it CAN get annoying—I’ll admit that. BUT What I like about it is that it’s not like the other music you hear playing 24/7 in retail stores, restaurants, and malls. I can actually listen to the radio and ENJOY it. Modern and pop culture music has gone to seed and most of it has A LOT of cussing and just unclean themes that I personally don’t like to hear. It’s cool to be able to go out and not worry about hearing Ariana Grande or Drake or Beyonce. Plus, it’s a great excuse to hear songs about Jesus in places that you normally wouldn’t :PIt’s musical happiness. I just love the way it makes me feel overall. Usually, the identify of Christmas music is to speak on the Nativity story, to reminisce about Christmastime/Winter memories, OR to make you feel happy. I LOVE this. I can just pick a random Christmas song, even if I’ve never heard it, and there’s a pretty good chance it’ll have happy rings and dings and a positive message.Of course, I normally don’t look up and listen to Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Santa Clause is Coming to Town, or Santa Baby. The more silly and frivolous songs that are fun for family sing-alongs at Christmas parties or road trips to Grandma’s house can get quite annoying in a general listening sense. Those are songs I usually avoid or ignore. But stuff like this?I look forward to hearing, and don’t mind hearing even when it’s not Christmastime.

Are there any Christmas songs you can't stand?

Anything by Cliff Richard makes me want to stick skewers in my ear canals and jab them repeatedly. My mother, like many women of her generation, loves a bit of Cliff. He's been compared to Elvis, but I just don't get the comparison. Nevertheless, women of a certain age, they are like flies round shit for Cliff! Not only is his music terrible (well some of his very early stuff was passable), he's so pure and Godfearing that he makes me want to bathe in a bath of pig shit to counteract the simpering righteousness that emanates from this man. The last Christmas song we want to hear is about Our Lord Jesus… get a grip, Cliff! You're English. You should know that makes English people deeply uncomfortable! If you are unfortunate enough to encounter “Mistletoe and Wine”, or any of Cliff's other Christmas releases, this can be successfully counteracted by playing “Fairytale in New York" immediately, which is my favourite Christmas song. Kirsty McCall and Sean from The Pogues insult each other quite well in a duet, considering you can't get too sweary for a mainstream Christmas classic. It's also fun trying to sing both parts, male and female.“You scumbag, you maggot, you cheap lousy faggot" beats “children singing Christian rhymes" any day.Sorry Cliff. You seem like a nice bloke, on the face of it. But your Christmas songs leave me feeling… embarrassed, somehow. Please stop making them.EDIT — seems the Americans don't know who Cliff is. Count yourselves lucky. If you want to find out (I don't recommend wasting a few minutes of your life however), there is a Utube link in the comment thread with Em Fisher. Or find “Mistletoe and Wine Cliff Richard" on Utube. Keep the pig shit handy.

Why do people hate Christmas music?

Personally at least, I don’t hate Christmas music. I hate the kind of Christmas music they play in public. It’s mostly very lounge-y, bland music that get very repetitive. Although there are many Christmas songs they play, due to genre choices it sounds like one really long one that just gets so incredibly old. They never play any classic Christmas carols, I can only assume because there aren’t many uber-famous covers of them, and instead they play much newer, much blander music. I don’t know, I kind of despise Michael Buble myself and that’s like, 86.7% of what they play. If anyone wants to know what kind of Christmas music I do like, by the way, it’s mostly carols, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society.

Radio stations playing christmas music in Toronto?

Well usually, Christmas music doesn't play something about 3 to 4 weeks before Christmas comes. Sometimes, a balance between regular music and Christmas music on the first week of December, and at least two weeks until Christmas, the Christmas music will play on heavy rotation on Christmas Day, where it ends at 12:00a.m. on December 26th, 2010.

If I remembered correctly, CHFI 98.1 is one of the stations that play Christmas music. It offered a live exclusive feed on the internet - just solely for Christmas music - from what I had remembered last year.

I don't know any more stations that play Christmas music for the time being. Then again, CHFI is one example. I hope this helps.

Hello folks! It's getting towards that time of the year again and I was wondering if anyone knows of any Raleigh radio stations that are playing Christmas music. Why do some people listen to Christmas music all year?

I do I as one of only things which make me happy when I am depressed and my favourite song is do they know it Christmas band aid I got all the versions I don't love myself but I love the world so the festival reminds of who I am and song reminds of my true self. I only really like depressing songs, Christmas songs , hymns and very occasionally these days some bands like take that or singers like Robbie Williams and song tell laura I love her . I just find lot of music make me more sad but increasingly as my grandparents get worst in so many ways and I see other people happy lives I am finding nearly impossible to be happy even listening to these songs . I must carry on to my mum wedding next year and then without knowing my plans commit suicide soon after because I just can't carry this pain anymore and I am trying to hide it to protect people as always but I know my only option is to secretly kill myself next year.
