As far as I know you can't unless you want to sell them your iTunes/Appstore account. That means whoever has your account details would also get all the games you have bought. You would still be able to use your games whilst they are on your phone/tablet but if you need to re-download one you paid for, you would have to pay again on a different account. If you do sell your account, remember to remove all of your details from it.
