Why are Americans always tired after work?
I think that Americans are tired because they put too much pressure on themselves. They usually go to bed late, wake up early, and watch TV a lot, and that is bad for their eyes. Going to a place where you can socialize might make you feel worse, because loud music or loud noises might make people stressful. A good routine would be to go to bed early and get a good sleep, and not to watch a lot of TV.

I am tired of questions like this that suggest the answer in a thickly veiled disgust.I see a disturbing number of questions on Quora that have this style. Do Democrats seriously believe... This opening is followed by some moral question as though the Democrats must be so unbelievably misguided or stupid that they couldn't possibly believe this. Fact is that most of these questions set up situations that are not at all equivalent. Russians -- Muslims? Who knows? Why should they even be compared? There's plenty of concern about both.I could play that game. Do Republicans seriously believe that guns are less dangerous than cigarettes? Do conservatives seriously believe that Trump is better than Hillary? But I believe we're better than this. Bressler is not alone in her umbrage over the ad. Thank GOD we live in Texas!!! My question is "Did the president commit perjury or serious harm to the presidency when he knowingly lied to the American people about keeping their current health coverage? Otherwise, A "LAW" was being voted on and the president deliberately perjured himself to assist the passage of this "LAW." Is this an impeachable offense? He has caused harm to the office of the presidency and injured millions of Americans current health insurance contracts. These are all legal agreements the president nullified by purposely and recklessly lying about the impact of a "LAW" he supports!
How has racism in America changed since the Obama administration?
Clearly, it has.Once Obama was elected President, the Republican Party campaigned hard to make him fail. The party leaders are on record as having said that they must make certain he fails as a President. A large part of their strategy was to ignite as much racism as possible, since Obama is Black.Obama’s election signaled a new era of tolerance in America, and right-wing Republicans did not like that. So they joined forces with racist hate groups to spread lies and propaganda to undermine his Presidency.This lead to the election of Donald Trump. Trump hit a new low in Presidential politics with his behavior before and during the campaign. Trump had been strongly opposed to Obama, and had been one of the most vocal spreading absurd lies about him. Racist groups loved him as a candidate, and Trump played to them. After an unbelievable election put him in office, he praised racist groups like the Nazis and Klu Klux Klan, calling them “good people”. This emboldened racist groups who saw that not only their behavior was accepted, but they had a champion in the White House to promote their hate.As a result, hate crimes have risen sharply during the Trump administration. Fortunately, there has been a lot of opposition to Trump, and not just from the populace level. The Supreme Court has overturned many attempts by Trump to create racist laws and policies that are contrary to American ideals and the constitution.
Why did Americans twice elect Barack Obama as their President?
Barack Obama got elected for many reasons. He certainly benefited from the country’s sheer fatigue over Bush’s amping up of the threat of terrorist attack, his misleading the country into invading Iraq and his bankrupting the country.With all of that crap and the financial crisis, things looked supremely bleak for the country. And much like how Reagan won in ‘80, Obama offered a confident, intelligent candidate to a nation suffering malaise and uncertainty. His message was one of Hope, like Reagan’s ‘Morning In America’ and offered up the idea that we CAN make the needed changes and make them together to get the country back to normalcy.People vastly underestimate how much that was needed at the time. He also galvanized black americans for whom the American dream has historically been under-realized and showed them that one of their own actually COULD achieve the highest office in the nation. That’s a kind of empowerment most white people can’t even relate to. That’s the kind of pride you might feel if a family member or someone from your hometown made it big. And that IS a good thing for each and every individual who’d felt left out or disenfranchised by society.People voted for Obama in droves because, in a world that usually only offers us pandering career politicians who say anything to get votes whether or not they believe in what they’re saying, we finally saw someone genuine, confident, hopeful, who really believed in the hope he offered.And we watched in growing dismay over the subsequent 8 years as Republican congress-people vilified him and determined to NOT work with him and keep him from accomplishing ANYTHING good for the country because for them PARTY comes before PEOPLE.And despite all the racism and trolls that came out of the woodwork in response to anti-Obama propaganda, he STILL won a second term. He STILL managed to get passed the Affordable Care Act, insuring many more of the Americans most in need of affordable health care and protecting them from discrimination because of pre-existing conditions.He wasn’t able to do many of the things he wanted to accomplish, but he did ALOT. And he did it with a class and elegance rarely seen in politics.And that’s why Americans elected him twice. The real question here is, why the fuck did anyone elect Trump EVEN ONCE. (Just kidding. I know why. And I also know it won’t happen a second time. Thats IF he lasts a full term.)
