Are Any Of You In Here Real Cowboys Fans

Cowboy fans?

HAHAHA! Hate to say I told you so. Now all the doubters can shut their mouths. "Well, the Pats haven't beaten anyone with a winning record." Well, we can put that argument to bed now. "Tony Romo is the next Brett Favre." Please, that scrambling goofy little jerk? He'll be washed up in three seasons, after Dallas accomplishes nothing. He had ample oppurtunity to drive his team down field, but he was no match for the Pats muscular, aggressive defense. And Brady and the whole recieving corp went schoolyard on that weak Dallas secondary, and Kevin Faulk had a pretty big run.

Overhyped offense and mediocre defense= not even a conference win this year for Dallas

Who's overrated now?

But hey, you guys are still the best team in the NFC, LOL.

Hey Cowboys fans....hello ??? Where are you ???

I'm here. I still think the Cowboys are good. I never said the Patriots were a bad team either. That's the beauty of football, you win some, you lose some. I think the bottom line is, the Patriots are a more experienced team. They've played in more tough games than this Cowboys team, including 3 superbowls. I think penalties really stripped the Cowboys of some clutch plays yesterday. I think their number one priority for the rest of the season needs to be how to get the offense going early in the 1st quarter. Even though they caught up, and were winning at one point in the 3rd quarter, that really is killing them. That's alright though, they're 5-1 with 10 games left in the season and several more difficult ones coming up in the following weeks. Congrats to the Patriots for a usual great performance. And maybe we'll see them in the Superbowl.

Are any of you in here REAL cowboys fans?

A Cowboys fan would have to remember back to the mid 90s to know what a good team is like.

This is not a good football team. Having a good record isn't the same thing as being a good football team.

A REAL Cowboys fan would trade all those wins to get rid of Jerry Jones.

Am I a jerk or just a loyal Cowboys fan?

No an idiot, I hope you don't become one of those guys you have to throw out of little football games. Do you think your daughter is going to like the idea when she gets older that her father choose the cowboys over one of the greatest miracles in life. Chalk it up to a life mistake which we all make and don't mention it again. Would hate to have your daughter growing up ever to think that she isn't good enough cause a football game no one will really remember 20 years from now. I love football and I wish I could have gone to the next level in the NFL but nothing is more important than my wife or children.

Washington, Buffalo, Miami, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Houston, and Kansas City all have not been to the conference championship game in that same timeframe. They all have fans. They all sell out their home games. Football is hugely popular in the U.S.And in Texas, it’s a religion.

They still existAmerican cowboys have not vanished in the mists of legend. Against the howling locomotion of modern and postmodern and transmodern eras, they reside right where they have been for three centuries and counting: in the cattle country of the West and Southwest, and at the core of a nation’s identity. This, despite the vagueness of the vocation itself. Are there ten thousand working cowboys today? Fifty thousand? Even were everyone to agree on the definition of “working cowboy”—and good luck with that—tracking the species has eluded every organization from the Working Ranch Cowboys Association to the United States Census Bureau.21st-Century Cowboys National GeographicCheck out the photo essay by the New York Post: Yippee-ki-yay: The real life of modern cowboys2781314Here's another article by Slate Magazine, The Real Lives of 21st-Century CowboysAs long as there is cattle to be tended, there will be cowboys.

Who Here Is A Real Fan Of Their Team?

I'm a loyal Browns fan. They're the only football team I've cheered for in my life. I'm only 15 though, but I've never been alive for the "good days." Only the days of 'almosts' and dissapointments. Yet over the years I've clung to them. Realizing I could never leave them. Ever. I never got to see Jim Brown play. I never witnessed the browns in the 80's. Only heard stories from my parents. I've can only remember 1 playoff. When we were beating the Steelers until we blew it in the end...as usual.

In order to become a great team I think they need some offensive coaching changes. All I see is run, run, throw. Also they need to stop going to into prevent defense when they're playing just fine! Brady Quinn is starting Thursday, and I'm not sure if that's good or bad. I'll be rooting for him and hopefully he'll be a turning point. They also need to gain some conistency!

I want to tell everyone that the Browns will become great someday. All the fans who left them will return. They'll claim they've been fans forever but we know who's lying. As a raiders fan I know you've struggled just like me. Our teams seem to be alike in a way.

Good luck to you! Great question!
