Yeah, it's totally a documentary. Nobody thought anything odd about a crazy German scientist kidnapping people and stiching them up butt to mouth while they were doing it either. The shooting deaths? The dying from septicemia? They were also fairly normal run of the mill stuff that happens in all documentaries. Thanks for the 2 points.

im very concerned because a friend told me to watch the second movie even though i watched the 1st laughed at it and said it was nothing ive been getting really scared at night and wondering if this its somthing that has actually happened. and one thing that disturbes me is that it says it is scientifically proven so does that mean someone tried it? please help

This is also the first I heard of it, but I just skimmed The Human Centipede (First Sequence) - Wikipedia.Perhaps this is better thought of as surrealism with symbolic imagery rather than trying to make any sense of out it. It sounds like the product of a sick mind to me. I can’t imagine enjoying such a film, but to each his own.

Human Centipede was ridiculous. And a terrible movie. Honestly. It was plain stupid. But you know, there is a reason you are crapping out crap. It’s not useful to your body anymore. The only reason Centipede got made was to gross people out and show you some hot chicks naked. I applaud the last. I may be old, but I’m not dead. But I would have preferred a tiny bit of intelligence in there somewhere.
