Is it REALLY hard being a single mom?
I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant, with my first child. The "father" skipped out in the very beginning. I haven't really truly thought about what's about to happen once the baby finally comes, Since i've been getting closer to the due date. It just hasn't really seemed real until now. Im starting to get really scared. I don't know how i'm going to do this on my own. Don't get me wrong I can't wait to see my little man but I can't help to think about whats to come. Please I need advise.
Tips on becoming a great writer?
I love to write, I am currently a college student trying to decide between being a journalist or a lawyer. I eventually want to be a full time fiction writer. Any advice?

I agree with the first part. A reasonable rate of success is not required to be happy, so long as a person understands that they are working toward something. Repeated failures can still be looked at as steps toward eventual success. For example, look to Thomas Edison. It took Edison 1,000 unsuccessful attempts until he succeeded in inventing the light bulb. When a reporter asked him, "How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?" Edison replied, "I didn’t fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps."True happiness comes from self-fulfillment. Self-fulfillment comes from discovering your purpose in life and fulfilling that purpose, if possible. Discovering your purpose comes through daily meditation and prayer, and from following these rules:1. Know yourself. 2. Do what is best for your soul. 3. Leave the rest up to God. These rules are profoundly simple, yet more difficult than you can ever imagine. Many never come to fully understand even the first one. And try though you must, how do you do what is best for your soul if you do not know yourself in the first place? Finally, leaving the rest up to God? To place yourself in God’s hand and accept His will over your own will? It would be easier to move a mountain for some people. And while these three rules are a process, they are also a simultaneous endeavor. It is not a matter of waiting to finish one to start the next. They are accomplished by hard work at all three at once and together, working in harmony.

Hi, I met a man he is unfortunately married but he swore to me that he is not happy with his wife, and that she argues in front of his 2 daughters and hes still living with her just for the kids, but they both don't really like each other. my question is why even though he knows i will stay a virgin , he started touching me, and i let him because honestly i like him but i dont intend to have sex so can i stay with him without sex?
Mainline Christians: In what ways do your religious beliefs differ from Evangelicals' (fundamentalists')?
I think I probably qualify as more liberal/progressive than mainline, but here's where I part company with many Evangelicals and Fundamentalists: I do not believe in Biblical literalism. I am not a Creationist. Neither I or my church use Fundamentalist terms such as "saved" or "born again". I do not feel that people who believe differently than I do will automatically burn in Hell. I feel that Satan is more of an archetype than an actual personage. My church does not endorse a belief in the Rapture, and is not obsessed with "end-times" theology. I am not busy laying bets on every other celebrity being the Antichrist. I support gay rights, and believe in the ordination of women to the clergy. I support interfaith endeavors, and am a big fan of the separation of church and state.
