Should Beto O Rourke be a contender for the Democratic nomination in 2020?

No, he won’t have the experience yet to be a President. One look at Trump shows why experience is needed.Beto would be a perfect Senator for Texas, as if Cruz is re-elected, it would be shameful, disgraceful and dishonorable for Texans to support a cowardly backstabber who betrayed his own family.

Your phone background is the reason you're still alive. Who or what saved you?

huehuehuehue ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)This straight from my phone background picture. Look cute and sexy, isn’t it?“Khang, but why is this adorable little girl is wielding a large and intimidating looking halberd?”Glad you ask.I’ll introduce you to Rory Mercury from the anime/manga series named Gate: Thus the JSDF Fought There (a good one too, and I highly recommend watching it if no one doesn’t have a chance). And why would she save me from dying?Well, she is no Superman or Goku, but hey, at least she a demigoddess. She have a bunch of abilities that surpassed a normal human.Let’s see: super human strength, immortality, whopping speed/maneuverability, high speed regeneration like Deadpool, and she can form blood pact with me if I taken any wound that same wound would transfer over to her.Let’s think of this scenario:I was out buying some groceries, suddenly I got transported to some sort of fantasy of God nowhere. I was bewildered at first and has no idea what just happened.Out of the frying pan then into the fire, I was surrounded by a bunch of nasty looking people armed with sword, spears, and bows. No doubt they are bad people, and they either wanted to capture or kill me.From afar, a swift shadow moved faster than my eyes could follow closed in. The figure began slaying the group left and right with such speed and power that scared me shitless. Blood splattered everywhere but the figure just kept moving and moving until everyone surrounding me was dead.Standing in all of those body, a girl dressed in Gothic dress stood there with blood dripping over her entire body.Yeah, I think I’m in love with her and would even become her slave for all that matter. She saved my freaking life!EDIT: Oh my! I couldn’t believe my eyes anymore. Over 80 upvotes! I am literally crying in joy right now. Thanks you for all those support this answer. I had no expectation I got this much from an answer as cheezy as this one.

What distinguishes a Spanish accent by country or region?

I’ve heard Argentinians say things like I knew you were from Cordoba because of your accent or Colombians saying I knew you were from Medellin. So far I can only distinguish countries and general regions in Spain but hearing people talk about specific towns and cities leads me to conclude that it’s just like in English there are very specific accents that you can hear if your ear is tuned in. I can generally tell if someone in from the north, middle or south of Spain, Argentina/Uruguay, Columbia or Mexico but can’t yet distinguish the finer differences. It seems similar to when I hear people from England or America talking about the Scottish accent and I think, “Which one? There are at least 8 clearly distinguishable accents but to people who are not from Scotland, they can only tell if the person is Scottish.Spanish accents generally are distinguished more by pronunciation of consonants whereas in English it seems to be our pronunciation of vowels. Argentinians pronounce the “ll” as “sh” and their accent has a lilt that is somewhat reminiscent of Italian. The Spanish pronounce the “z” and “c” before “i” and e as a “th” and pronounce the “j” quite gutturally. Beyond that there qualities that accents have but I don’t know how to describe them. Columbian is really obvious to me when I hear it but I have no idea how to describe it.
