I've not been for sometime and I think still in business??If you like excellent Midwestern home cooking, there's Mady’s in Arlington at 948 Cesery. (They have a website!) From scratch and you never go hungry at a very good price. They have pork tenderloins, the size of dinner plates. Don't pass one up. Hopefully this helps! Good Eating \U0001f60a

Is it ok to eat french fries every day?

Yes definitely as long as you can fit the carb and fat calories into your daily macros. Obviously you won't want to eat french fries for every meal but if you fit them into a small portion of your daily meals and most importantly fit them into your calorie needs, then you will be fine. This is called flexible dieting or IIFYM. Many fitness people follow this way of eating while maintaining healthy/fit bodies. You can check it out below:Don't put so much emphasis on specific foods but just focus on balance and portion control.Take care!
