How often does the Army drug test?
They don't let you know when they're going to test so it's not worth it. They give random drug tests and they're mostly in the morning around PT time. I've seen so many soldiers kicked out for it. One soldier took a drug test and thought he wouldn't be tested for a while so he did cocaine. Turns out he didn't give them enough urine for testing so they called him back in and of course the cocaine was detected and he was dishonorably discharged. You have to choose between a career in the army or your drugs. You can't have both!

Mandatorily and randomly without warning. When selected for testing (and you will be several times even over a short contract) you have two options: provide the sample now or later, but you will be under close observation until such sample has been logged into custody. That means the MAA will be watching you produce that sample - consider that strongly.
What does the Army do with failed drug test for marijuana but a perfect record for an E-4?
Can’t speak for the Army, but in my time as a Legal Officer, every positive drug test resulted in a discharge from the service. Not all of them were for THC, but not one of them is in the service now and all were RE4 (not recommend for re-enlistement in any service.) One of them had be meritoriously promoted to E-5 by his last command. His last test before detaching that command was positive, but the results were’t known until he reported to our command. As positive drug tests are mandatory for separation processing, we served him the papers. He fought it, had his old evals, letters of character from previous superiors, and one or two letters from O-6s he knew. Still out of the Navy with an RE4.All of the services, but especially the Army and Marines, are looking to slim the force, and if you want to volunteer to get out the quick if painfully stupid way, go for it. You don’t even have to do the drugs. In some cases admission of a substance abuse problem is sufficient for discharge. Just don’t expect your education benefits on the outside.
How can I pass a drug test for marijuana?
Passing a drug test largely depends on your metabolism. If you have a slow metabolism, there is no detox method that will allow you to pass. Also, THC is the most difficult drug to clear from your system. The method I am about to describe to you works best for things like cocaine and heroin (this is why drug tests are so counterintuitive…. It is so much easier to pass a drug test after doing hard drugs than it is to pass after using a harmless drug like marijuana… but that is a topic for another post; I digress…).Puriclean Instant works wonders. You can purchase it at most head shops. I have only had success using this brand. I do not advise any other brand of detox drink, mainly because other drinks are masking drinks rather than detox drinks; Puriclean won't cause you to fail because of dilution. Here are the steps you should follow to make the drink most effective:Drink fluids (as much as humanly possible) for as long as you can from now until about 4 hours before the test.Drink the Puriclean Instant about three hours before the test. Your urine should be clean about 3 hours after you consume the drink and it will remain clean for about 5 more hours after that time. So basically, you have a 5 hour window of time in which you can pee that starts 3 hours after consuming the drink.Urinate three times after consuming the drink and give them your fourth sample.Eat as little as possible, but if you must eat then definitely no fatty foods (butter, sugar, dairy, cheese etc).No chemicals from now until the test (nicotine, caffeine, etc).This method has only worked for me personally when I was trying to clear cocaine from my body for a drug test several years ago. Step 2-take AZO pills not more then 2 or 3 and start flushing with water drink up to 3 gallons of water, about 16 oz. every 15min.
