How can arya samaj marriage be ended with least effort in India, if both parties are willing?
A Hindu wedding in an Arya Samaj Mandir is a complete marriage and the same can not be ended without a proper divorce in court. If you just got married without having physical relations ever, you can go for annulment of marriage but still it can be done in a court of law. If you try to do any out of court settlement, later you can get trapped as that divorce will never be valid legally and your marriage will still subsist.If it has been 1 year or more after marriage and living separately, go for divorce by mutual consent. You will get a proper decree of divorce from court in 6 months or a bit more without contesting any case or fighting.Believe me, anything else can harm you beyond any repairs.P.S.: Do not take legal advice from those not aware of law. If you do not get a divorce in court and remarry anybody, your second marriage will not be considered marriage and you may be dragged in civil and criminal disputes any moment.

Well, I and my husband got married in Arya Samaj in Bangalore. It was smooth as butter. You both need to be Hindu to be eligible for a marriage at Arya Samaj and obviously legal marriageable age. If you both fulfill these criteria you can directly contact an Arya Samaj location to discuss the registration fees and wedding dates. If I remember correctly we had to pay abt Rs 10k for the registration and marriage fees. You can either choose ur own wedding location or they can even arrange the wedding In their own location.Regarding your second question: Arya Samaj certificate is a legal marriage document ONLY in India. But it is very much legal in India, so with the Arya Samaj certificate and wedding pics, you can easily register your marriage and get a legal marriage certificate from any court In India.
