Because The Argentines Are So Disgusting And Ugly

Are Argentinians really as racist as people make out?

No they are not I have live there they have some issues with other Latin Americans such as Uruguayan and Chilean but they are so nice however Argentinian Spanish is so hard to understand they conjugate verbs different than in the rest of the Hispanic countries.

What do the Argentinians think about the UK & Falkland islands?

About the islands:May be my own answers on the topic can tell you something.Raul Castro's answer to Do you think the United Kingdom should hand over control of the Falkland Islands to Argentina?https://www.quora.com/Falklands-War-1982-Why-did-Argentina-dare-to-attack-Great-Britain/answer/Raul-CastroSee the excellent answer from Luis Gonzalez here: When Argentina invaded the Falkland Islands in 1982, how did they expect Britain to react? Did they expect the British to quickly accept Argentine rule over the Falklands, or did they expect there to be some kind of compromise? My personal feelings are mixed:I was taught since early childhood those islands are part of our country.I was a fresh recruit at Argentinean Army in April 1982. I was far away from the fight. But people belonging to my generation died, were wounded physically or mentally (Today's aftermath has more suicides among veterans along the years, than KIA armed forces members.)In those days I saw amazing things: Continued solidarity of the people with their sons in the combat area. Folks volunteering to fight. Extremely stupid "we'll-win-this-soccer-game" attitude among many (too many) others.I still think that should be part of Argentina. Not at any price. Not without a common agreement. Current population wishes and modern decolonization policies make that close to impossible.About the UK:More than two centuries of mixed relationship, with mixed effects for different population groups, plus how this relationship has been taught at school have left an important brand-mark in Argentinean citizens.20th century was filled by a love-hate view. Love on pop culture and history, hate on certain political topics.Love: Music. Specially pop and rock. Beloved touristic destination.Hate: Malvinas / Falkland war.Missunderstandings: Argentina: Why are Argentines so miffed at the musical "Evita"?My personal feelings: I have no bad feelings against British people. They, like Argentinean people, were mixed in a purely political (and egoist) action, where two governments close to a crisis tried to profit of a given episode. In the meantime, I live abroad, in Germany. I have the opportunity to work daily with British colleagues. I have to them the highest respect and I really appreciate them a lot, in a friendly way.I hope this helps you to have a look to the Argentinean side.

Are Argentine people really arrogant about being white to other Latin American peoples?

I don’t know who make these questions in Quora, some questions here seems very stupid.OK, I think I can answer this with no bias as I have shared my shores with Argentinians and Uruguayans since I know myself. The answer is: NOT AT ALL. And here is why this question is silly. The thing about the ‘sense of superiority’ from Argentina, which no longer holds true, is that it has nothing to do with being white.IntellectualPart of the reason why Argentinians (and when I say Argentinians, I mean Portenos) is that this sense of superiority came from an intellectual sense and not based on skin. And to be honest: Argentina and Uruguay were always the intelectuals in Latin America (I come from Brazil), not long ago, literacy level in Argentina were almost 100% while in Brazil that was in the house of the 70% and pretty much the same or worst throughout Latin America (early 80’s). The only country in Latin America who was as brainy as Argentina was Paraguay, which we almost wiped out from the map (which is still a shame in Brazil and Argentina).EconomicalAlso because in the past, Argentina was a powerhouse, in pair with US, Canada and Australia (which I still don’t know how they managed to screw up from that position). Anyway, Argentina was as your president says: HYU-GE, ok?So, Argentinians have alot to be proud of. They have Nobel Prizes, a beautiful land, an unique culture, and that is why Latin Americans find Argentinians to be superiors. Also, Argentina is not that different from other countries in Latin America. If you go from Sao Paulo to Patagonia, you would think you are in the same country, as most people inside this geographical area are white or very white. So… No, Argentinians are not racists…

Who in general do you think is prettier, white or hspanic/latino women?

Am I ugly because I am fat?

Only if you allow societal norms and idealization to dictate how you view beauty. In Western cultures, fat is generally viewed as “ugly,” but that’s not universal. In some cultures thin is considered less desired in women (Mauritania, for example, actually has camps to fatten women to make them more desirable).A lot of what dictates this is wealth. In Western societies being fat was - at one point - viewed as a sign of wealth, and therefore also seen as a sign of health. Now it’s the opposite. So in Africa, where famine and starvation are major problems, being fat is considered a sign of wealth and is desirable to many African cultures, particularly in Mauritania where some girls are force fed (not always willingly) in order to find them spouses. In other words, beauty is entirely arbitrary. What is beautiful in one culture isn’t in another. If you want to limit how you view beauty through a societal lens, then fat probably equals ugly (unless you live someplace like Mauritania, obviously). If you want to be open to seeing beauty in the word that extends beyond the boundaries of what society has determined is beautiful for you, then no. It doesn’t equal ugly.As an aside, I want to add that I vehemently disagree with the practice of leblouh, just as much as I disagree with girls in the US being sent to our version of fat camps, where the idea is to make them thin. The difference, however, is obvious. While emotionally insidious, the “fat camps” of the US aren’t likely to cause immediate physical danger, and the leblouh camps of Mauritania certainly do.I also want to say that I do not agree with everything written in the article I linked to, as I know fat women who bike, hike, run marathons and are extremely active, eat in a way that most would consider “healthy” and don’t suffer from health issues. That’s obviously not the norm or desired of a fat woman in Mauritania, but it is possible and does happen. On a final note, it’s interesting to hear from a woman who can’t get fat enough to be considered attractive. This is a common issue, where weight gain is difficult for some people who are more inclined to naturally be thin. It’s partly why actors/actresses can gain weight for movie roles and easily lose it after or why some women easily lose the “baby weight” after pregnancy, while others struggle and can’t. Bodies are unique and genetics plays a huge factor in weight and body composition.

Questions for Irish people:the Arizona Law; what do you think about it?

My question is because many years ago the Irish were discriminated by the Yankees and they were treated like 2dn class citizens in America.
I´m a mexican girl living in Mexico I see it from my nationalist point of view, fortunately I don´t have need to go there for working (to USA) but it´s sad to see how some north americans try to criminalize all the mexicans and other latin people like they were all drugdealers or thieves when they go there to work and to make all the nasty jobs that the americans don´t want to do for a low salary, the world is right when they say that hispanic people go there because in their own country they don´t find good and well payed jobs, but the truth is that mexicans and other hispanic people go to USA not because they like the idea of living in USA, they go there for working to take a little bit of money to their homes and they want to come back someday that the economy in their countries improve and they´re actually willing to pay taxes if they be legal, I think it´s very racist the nickname "alien" like they were from another planet, and it´s really unfair that this law try to make them seem every latin person as a criminal when for me everyone who has an honest job deserves the same respect and has the same rights. what do you think? who do the rest of the world see this problem?

note: please only Irish people, English and other nationalities, people from USA don´t write in this page please, at least you writtewithout insults, thanks.and write here what´s your nationality.
