Been Black Listed In The Philippines For Having My Imigration Fees Waived After Paying How Long

My daughter is overstay in philippines for six years how much is the penalty?

Don't worry, things will be right. All you need to do is go to the Bureau if Immigration and discuss the situation with them. Under the Bureau of Immigration rules, in fact, an alien can stay for a maximum of 16 months, with visa extensions given every two months.

Here is the pertinent ruling on the Bureau of Immigration website:

Extension of Stay
How can aliens admitted under E.O. 408 (non-visa required nationals admitted for 21 days) extend their stay in the Philippines beyond 21 days?

Aliens admitted under E.O. 408 (non-visa required nationals admitted for 21 days) may extend their stay in the Philippines beyond 21 days by applying for a visa waiver which will entitle them to an additional valid stay of 38 days. This will allow them to stay in the country for a period of 59 days.
What is the maximum extension of stay that can be granted?

Foreigners holding temporary visitors visa pursuant to Philippine Immigration Act of 1940 and aliens admitted under E.O. 408 may extend their stay in the Philippines every 2 months for a total stay of 16 months. Extension of stay after16 months, up to 24 months need the approval of the Chief of the Immigration Regulation Division. Extension of stay after 24 months need the approval of the Commissioner. (MCL Memorandum dated 31 July 2007)
If a visa expires on a weekend and /or holiday when will be the deadline to apply for extension of stay and pay the corresponding fees?

Effective 17 September 2007, applications for extension of tourist visas as well as payment thereof, shall be made on or before the expiry dates of the alien's lawful stay, otherwise, payments shall include those for penalties and motion for reconsideration. If the expiry date of the alien's lawful stay falls on a Saturday or Sunday or a legal holiday, the application for extension of tourist visa and the full payment thereof shall be made on or before the last business/working day immediately preceding the expiry date of the alien's lawful stay, otherwise, payments shall also include those for penalties and motion for reconsideration. (MCL Memorandum dated 10 September 2007)

As to the penalty, I suggest you make a full disclosure of the problem and have them compute all penalties and fees when you are there. Here is the chart that enumerates all the charges and penalties:

Are Miami Cubans the most hated Hispanics, even among Hispanics?

I have ZERO respect for CANF and the ones who came before the 80s boatlifts. They have such an arrogant and bigoted streak that the Colonial Spaniards had. They oppose immigration for all Hispanics in America but themselves (forcing a special refugee law into Congress), consistently deride blacks, gays, and other minorities, are opposed to all social services, CONSTANTLY whine about how good Cuba was before Castro, and flip out if you even mention anything good about Castro, socialist policies, or anything about Cuba today.

My dad says that the CIA is probably working right now to help the exiles set up another far-right Batista regime to loot the island and reverse all the social policies passed by Castro. I don't think any other Hispanics, let alone the Spaniards, would support such a thing.

How much per day does the Philippines charge you if you overstay your Visa?

I know I can go online to immigration and I did but it was so confusing and that's why I asked here. And what it says online what they charge they charged me a different price every time. That's why I asked the question hoping someone had been thru this before and tell me in plain English how it works. Evidently one person got angry at me calling me stupid for not going online.
