Best Kind Of Workout For Quick Weight Loss

Is HIIT a good workout for fast weight loss?

HIIT (high intensity interval training). I weigh 128, five foot and three inches, I want to get to at least 118 (try to get rid of those rolls, slim down my legs, stomach, arms, etc. FULL BODY!) and I'm wondering if HIIT is the right way for me to get ready for my beach trip in 2 WEEKS! How many times a day should I do this and is it a good way of burning the calories I take?

I'm not sure if I'm asking the right kind of questions, but I want to get the best bikini body that I'm able to.

I would like a more than one sentence response, I'm kinda new at this and would appreciate steps I could take and someone who can answer all of my questions!

First, lets talk about diet. You sound pretty well educated so you probably know what you need to do. Make a list of the easiest to hardest things and add one thing each week. Maybe this week you switch to diet sodas. Next week you stop ordering french fries. Things like that.

Eight ice cold glasses a day for a year adds up to about 10 lbs a year.
Ideal Body weight can be estimated quickly for a fast and approximate answer or calculated more scientifically. The more measurements the calculation calls for the more accurate the answer will be. But I wouldn't worry much about that for now. You need to lose at least 80 pounds.
Most experts agree that safe permanent weight loss can't exceed 1 - 2 pounds a week. So this is going to take a while - if obesity runs in your family - it's going to be a life long thing. So you're not going on a diet - you are changing your lifestyle. Treat it that way.

You can’t go ‘I want a smaller belly so imma do some sit ups mmmm’. Naw. Not how it works. CARDIO ma (wo)man. Treadmills, just running outside, any physical exertion is gooood. The diet just make sure is eating enough to keep yourself alive. PleaSE DONT dip too low on calories. Do not restrict your diet. Get plenty of energy before exercising and drink water in mornings.
