Best Place To Sell Old Wedding Ring And Watch Male

Where are the best places to buy engagement rings?

Buying an engagement ring is such a personal purchase. You are buying the person you love a present that they will wear for the rest of their life.So making sure you get the best ring is crucial.Identify your budget:Don’t do what I did and had a budget in mind and fall in love with a ring 4x the budget and get finance to pay for it. It was a smart decision I made back then, as like I said she wears it every day with pride.Buy somewhere you trust:I was sat one night watching Dragons Den (UK equivalent of Shark Tank) and a company that sold engagement rings went on. They actually still hold the record I believe for the biggest offer ever turned down, I just loved his speech and the passion he had for making the rings, I knew thats where I wanted to get it from.Engagement Rings, Wedding Rings, Loose Diamonds | DG JewellersI would highly recommend them, I made a mistake in the getting the wrong size, trying to get the right size is quite hard without giving the game away.Luckily they got it sorted very quickly and it was back on the wives hand.Size:Like I just said getting the size right is key and there is nothing you can really do to get around this without giving away what your planning.I got the sister in law involved and we had a very good guess, I was one size out and Diamond Geezer got it sorted changed anyway.Style:Only you know the person your about to marry there style, do they like small and simple, or are they wanting some huge ring to show off. Luckily when shopping there is a wide range - get something to match the person your buying it for.Wedding Rings:Its traditional in the UK and other parts of the world to wear both your engagement ring and wedding ring on the same finger, so bear this is in mind.Buying online:Normally it doesn't matter where you buy it from, but some shops don’t allow returns, whereas online retailers by law have to allow 14 days return. Diamond Geezer offers 3o days to return - just incase she says no.I do wonder how often people say no - surely you wouldn’t ask if you wasn’t certain they are perfect for you, but its always good to know you have the option to return the ring.

Best place to sell old wedding ring and watch (male)?

I was recently divorced (whoo hoo!) and I want to sell my old ring. It is white gold, with about 8 diamond chips. Suggested retail when I got it was around $1500, but I know I'll never get anywhere near that. If I could get a few hundred, it would be great.

I also have a pretty nice ESQ by Movado black dress watch, basically brand new (retail $300) that the old sea hag had given me at one point, and I wouldn't mind cashing in from.

I guess my main question is, where would I get the most bang for my buck? Ebay? Jeweler? Pawnshop? One of those "We Buy Gold" places? I wouldn't mind doing a little bit of work auctioning them if I stand to profit substantially more. If it's all the same, then I would just dump them both off somewhere.

I just have no experience with this stuff.

What does it mean if a man wears his wedding ring on his right hand ring finger?

Off the top of my head, I would guess that it means he is either separated from his wife, divorced, or that there is a reason he can’t wear a ring on his left hand, such as it really hurts on that hand.Possible other reasons, it could be that in his culture, or even in his marriage, he wears his wedding ring on the right hand. There could be so many reasons.I’m one of those weird women who never bothered to look at men’s ring finger first, so I’m also going to admit why: partly because I’m “dyslexic” on left and right. It’s all I can do to get it together for basic directions, and on other people, I literally can’t tell left from right at all.Anyway, I do know that for women, they say that if you are separated, or in process of getting a divorce, or just “available’ as in the marriage is over for good, I guess, you are symbolizing that by switching the wedding ring to your right hand. Not sure why you wouldn’t take it off, but that’s the legend I learned in movies. And we all know that Hollywood never lies, right?

What do people think about men wearing jewelry, excluding wedding rings and watches?

Obviously, a nice watch and a ring (even if it's not a wedding ring) are fairly standard and common for men. If you're wearing a good suit, cuff links and sedate tie clips are fine, as well -- as long as they're classically styled -- no novelty version (dollar signs, golf balls, etc.) (Note: cufflinks should ONLY be worn if you're wearing a suit.) It's hard to go wrong here, as long as none of these items have any jewels on them whatsoever. Beyond that?Jewelry is a bit like leather pants. There aren't too many guys who can pull it off without looking like a poser, a douche, or both, and those who can tend to be rock stars and well-known actors. To be blunt: if you had to ask this question, you probably don't have what it takes to pull off a look that includes lots of jewelry. Be very very selective if you go beyond the standard items described above, and only wear items that have an intense personal meaning for you. Nate has noted that "men are buying jewelry at levels not since before the recession." To which I must respond: just because lots of men are buying something doesn't mean it's a good idea. Lots of men bought leisure suits in the 1970s and "Hammer pants" in the 1980s, too. Turns out they looked pretty freaking awful in them.

I am planing on buying this ring. is it good? please help

go to a jeweler and buy one. that way you know what you are buying and can make sure it is good quality.

Where can I sell my used Indian clothes online?

I have some lightly used Indian clothes (salwar kameez, suits, and tunics) that I want to sell for a low price. What are good websites to sell them? Has anyone used Amazon or Ebay to sell Indian clothes? Do they work?

Also, don't recommend Didi's Wardrobe because I'm not interested.

Thanks!
