Blackheads Are Getting Me Down Help

Why am I getting blackheads on my inner thighs?

Blackheads form because dirt enters your open pores. When it is hot out and you sweat, your pores open and let all that bad stuff in creating all those annoying and really hard to get rid of blackheads. You are probably getting them on your inner thighs because it's a sweaty place when it's hot out and there is friction there. Try wearing skirts, dresses, loose shorts, or natural light fabrics. Try not to cross your legs too much as well.  Try using an exfoliating scrub while showering, and when you are done showering with warm water, which opens the pores, turn up the cold. As much as you can stand it. Don't freeze yourself or anything but let it go over your face and body to help close those pores up. There are also these odd little tools specifically for popping blackheads but they are hard too get rid of and I find the tool useless. If you decide to try and pop them make sure your hands and thighs are clean so you don't add more dirt, oils or germs into the pores. This is an example of what the tools look like. They have loops at the end of them. I once found one that was a solid circle instead of the open ended one and I thought it worked nicely but I have yet to find another one.

Help to get rid of nose blackheads?

my nose is horrible! only my nose is prone to blackheads.
it's not just one or two.
it's the whole nose filled with black tiny dots looking like a strawberry.
i do apply concealer when i go out, but despite with the concealer, the heads are clearly visible as it's popped-out, unlike normal smooth skin.
so it's very terrible.
i do squeeze them out at home and it has to be a weekly routine as the blackheads build up very quickly.
i have an oily t-zone. is that why it's like that?!
facials dont help much. they wouldnt take out every single blackhead on the nose. they would only get rid of relatively larger ones. so it's a waste of money.
i'm really sick of squeezing out the WHOLE nose even at the corners and near the nostrils every week. it's not only eye straining but also painful.
i've tried nose strips as well but it dont work well at all. doesnt make a difference.
so please, help me.
i need a good way in getting rid and also preventing it.
thanks ;)

Blackheads ONLY on your vagina?

First of all, they're not blackheads. There is no such thing as genital acne. What you've probably got are blocked sweat glands. It's a condition called “Hidradenitis Suppurativa” and it's actually not uncommon, so don't feel bad.
A few things to consider.
1. Do you douche? If you do, you need to stop. It's really bad for you, no matter what the packaging says. Your vagina has a natural PH and douching disrupts it and can cause all sorts of problems.
2. Do you wax or shave? The bumps may be from irritation, so you might want to stop at least until they clear up. The bumps could even be ingrown hairs.
3. Depending on your age, the bumps could be the result of hormonal changes, in which case they'll go away on their own.
4. Have you recently changed panties? A new fabric could be causing irritation.
5. Have you switched toilet papers? Scented or very rough toilet papers could be adding to the irritation, though I'd be surprised if that's the problem, honestly.
5. Do the bumps itch or hurt? This is important, because if they do then you should see a doctor to diagnose and treat the condition.
6. If they don't hurt or itch, I wouldn't worry about them. Trust me, scrubbing away down there with all sorts of harsh soaps is just going to make things worse. Your vagina is self-cleaning and you really shouldn't ever do much more than wipe it with a soft washcloth and warm water.

If you're really, really worried, then do see your doctor to help relieve your fears. Honestly, though, I wouldn't panic. It's not because you're 'dirty down there' or 'don't clean yourself properly.' I promise.

Just make sure you shower and wipe yourself gently with that washcloth after sex or other physical activity, and make sure that after vigorous activity (like running or working out) you wear a fresh pair of panties to prevent further clogged sweat glands.

*EDIT*
In response to Chairity Case--NO NO NO. No pumice stone. No exfoliating scrub. You'll just irritate the skin more. Leave it be or see a doctor, but don't mess around with random products down there. You could end up with urinary tract infections and all sorts of other nasty things. Remember, the vagina is SELF-CLEANING.

Help!blackheads and large pores on my nose!what do I do?

When I was in school for skin care (to be an esthetician) we were taught you can never shrink the size of your pores but keeping them clean can help them appear smaller. So avoiding sleeping in makeup since it can contribute to blackheads. Since blackheads or "comedones" are clogged pores, so the best solution is to find a skin care line that works for you and keep up a daily routine of cleansing and toning, but I would only exfoliate at the most twice a week. Avoid extreme heat or cold since that expands and shrinks your pores which can lead to loosening the elasticity of your skin and making your problem worse. Hope this helps ;)

When the water is boiling, take it off the stove and place it down carefully.(b) Sit down on a chair. Place the pan of hot water near your feet.
