Blood Vessels On Face Really Noticable

Red dot on nose? burst blood vessel?

i have this small red dot on my nose. i believe i have it because i picked a lot at a pimple a few years ago. it isn't a normal scar. i was poking at it once, and it started to bleed profusely. i think it's actually a burst blood vessel. has anyone had any experience with this? did you go to a dermatologist? id go to one, but they'll probably tell me there's nothing they can do about it..i'll just have to conceal it. it's really annoying, because depending on the time of day, weather, etc it can be really bright red or a pale pink. it's really noticeable sometimes and right in the center of my nose so it drives me crazy! and advice would be greatly appreciated

What causes blue veins to be prominently visible on your hand or arms? Why is it more with some people than others?

Good Question. Some people might have a lot of body fat under the skin because of which the veins are not prominent, whereas in some individuals the body fat ratio is less, that is the main reason for the difference.Lot of bodybuilders strive for the grainy or veiny look and it takes a lot of effort to achieve that look.I short the less bodyfat you have the more prominent are your veins.

Red Spot on my face?????

I have a red spot too. It's really tiny and bright red and a little light red around it. My mom told me it's a popped blood vessel.

Why does my face turn red after playing basketball?

when you exercise you're obviously gonna get very hot. so your body uses a number off ways to try keep you as cool as possible. the most obvious way is sweating.

another way is the blood vessels in your skin dilate(enlargen) and move closer to the surface of your skin. this leads to a loss of heat from the body. it also causes redness of the skin. it's most noticeable on the face but sometimes you can also notice on your arms and legs.

look at your hands after the next time you play some basketball and you may notice the veins have increased in size.

and no you won't get a tan :)

Why do I have visible, dark, blue veins on my breasts?

Can i see them? For research purposes…( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)Juuust kidding, don't block me yet.Blue arteries (Those are arteries, not veins) showing through your skin is completely normal, have you never seen how some people show them when they flex?It could be thanks to a number of reasons. As another answer said, pregnancy can cause them.Being overweight can also cause this. How?When you gain a lot of mass, new blood vessels need to be created so that your body still functions more or less the same. This means dozens of new arteries and veins get created, which can show through your skin at times. And if you lose weight too quickly this can happen too, because your body disolves the useless vessels, but not always at the fastest rate possible, which means if you go from looking like this:To this:All those excess vessels from before are going to show for a bit longer until your body can properly take care of them.If you're still worried, you can look for medical advice, I’m just a student after all, and these COULD be symptoms for some rarer illnesses (I doubt it though).
