Body Hurts Feels Sore And Feels

Why does my body ache and i feel so tired?

How long have you been feeling tired? And did the body aches start at the same time? Do you have a fever? appetite changes, nausea?

If it is a sudden onset just recently, then I would suspect a mild case of the flu. If it has been going on for a while, it could be a host of other problems from Hypothyroidism, (which has other symptoms as well, like hair loss, dry skin, feeling cold all the time, palpitations), to fibromyaligia, or Lupus or some kind of Auto immune syndrome.

I really need more infor to adequately answer your question.

Ok after answering my questions, my guess would be stress, causing you to keep your muscles tense, which along with the rainy weather is causing the soreness. The hot shower helped you to relax, which in turn helped the soreness. You need to try and do some type of meditation or way of relaxing your muscles at night before you go to sleep. I usually talk my way down in my head from my scalp to my toes, telling each part of my body to relax. I have fibromyalgia and I am in pain all the time. This technique has helped me to relax during the day if I get a chance to take a nap, also. Your body will automatically tense up in cold weather also, especially if you are not dressed warm enough and are cold a lot. I can not handle cold weather at all. Also, when you are working on your computer, make sure you are keeping your shoulders down and in a relaxed position, rather than hunching them up because of tension. Working at a desk where you can sit up straight is helpful. It is not a good thing to slouch or lay on the floor, sit on the floor and work on your computer. All could contribute to your pain.

You might want to look at what you are eating as well. Are you living on junk food? Drinking energy drinks or caffeine drinks like Mt Dew., and not eating right can leave your system out of wack because you are not getting the proteins, vitamins and minerals that you need. You may need to increase your intake of water as well, and make sure you are getting enough exercise.

Hope this is helpful

My body hurts after gay sex?

Me and my boyfriend made love for the first time last night and as much as I enjoyed it, when I woke up this morning everything hurts. My lower back hurts and when I tried to get up to wash myself after the events of last night, I almost collapsed on the floor but then he caught me in time and helped me walk to the bathroom. We didn't switch positions because he said he would prefer it if he went into me and I didn't mind. It just hurts now, it hurt last night too the first time I ever felt him go inside...first time I ever felt anyone go inside. But after he thrusted in a few times, it felt amazing.

Did this happen to anyone? Did it go away after a few days? Is this normal? Please answer, thank you.

Body hurts after taking naps?

So this has been going on for a while now that I don't even take naps anymore and when I do it's by accident. So every time I take a nap it could be for 15 mins or 2 hrs and I always feel the same when I wake up from them like I can't move like my whole body feels heavy to lift or my arms and legs feel dead and my head hurts and feels heavy, also it feels as if I didn't get enough sleep and need to sleep longer and I feel powerless to it and I end up going back to sleep even though it hurts to. This never happens when I sleep at night I sleep for 8 hrs each night I exercise everyday also. And this pain happens only when I take naps and when I finally do get up the pain is still there and I feel very angry like if someone says one word to me I'll snap. So what could this mean? Should I tell a doctor?

Why does my body hurt after a fight?

Because you stress out your body in ways you normally don't. Think of it this way, if you suddenly ran a mile or two, but hadn't been walk much lately, it'll hurt your legs and chest, because you are using those areas harder than you normally. When you get in a fight, suddenly your using your arms and legs at angles you normally don't use, as well as putting actaull force behind it, in an attempt to cause damage. In the spur of the moment, you also cloud you mind with excitement, anger, or whatever, and your mind doesn't tell you your arms are aching, so when it finally does, it goes in a second from nothing to pain.

Do this: Stick your hand in the air and hold it there. You might not normally do that, (I certainly don't) so you wont be able to keep it there for long, as the mucles for keeping it up aren't correctly exercised. After a few minutes or more, it'll seem like your arm is getting heavier. It truth, it's your mucles getting tired. You may be in fine physical condition in some areas, but not all. Your legs may be strong at some angles, but in angles you hardly use, it'll be weak.

Hope you understand what I'm saying.

Body hurts, tender to the touch, tired all the time?

I am in complete agreement with Laura. A rheumatologist is your best bet. They will start with blood work to rule out auto-immune disorders. There is, however, a touch point test that can determine fibromyalgia.

With Fibro, there are medicinal treatment options. I am presently on Cymbalta, an anti-depressant, and I feel amazingly better. Yes, pain is still present but I can function. When I first started suffering from it, I could not function and spent much time barely moving from the pain.

Is the pain more in your joints and muscles? Fibromyalgia is a condition of the "fibers" of your body meaning the tendons, cartilidge, and muscles. The reality is that it is most likely a misfiring of the nerves (according to my rheumy). Your nerves are telling you that you have pains but there is actually no pain there. It is very frustrating but that is why changing the chemicals in your brain does have a lasting effect.

If you have more questions, please do not hesitate to shoot me an e-mail. And YES both CFS and Fibro are very real.

Why does the body hurt after you throw up?

The physical act of vomiting does two things that cause what you are describing: 1. Dehydration 2. Muscle Convulsing

A headache is one of the first signs of dehydration. We're not talking about someone walking across the desert. People who are sick, especially with vomiting and diarrhea, often feel worse than they have to because they do not drink enough water. Drink some water and have an advil or similar.

Your body may hurt because you vomited violently. Unless you are a gymnast or a crossfit guru, the muscles you just flexed uncontrollably are at your core and probably not used to such exercise. Another possibility is that you are still sick. Muscle aches often accompany a fever. Again, drink water. This will help the soreness go away. A multivitamin wouldn't be bad either.

Why do I feel sore when I don't work out?

Set up a spreadsheet that tracks these things: date name start stop rep weight do more/less/match . Using this start defining doable activities per your injury - movements that you feel comfortable doing. Every time you start mark it, count reps(or distance or cycles….) and the weight level you used. Start with simple motions (pushups) or if you want lifts (deadlift at 20lbs). Determine the exercise level, at the set level, that you can tolerate. Attempt to do that, slowly at first, but with increasing frequency, duration, count, or weight. Tracking this will help you navigate the injury and avoid muscle, habit loss.If the aches are from muscle loss, you should ache going the other way, as you develop some intensity. At the least, by observing where you ache and allowing yourself to explore those areas with different movements, you should be able to determine if you can counter act them. Remember, any repetitive movement can count, if you think its worth trying.Yoga done at your own comfort level, is an excellent general body tool for full body problems.
