Boxing Alone At Home As Hobby

Money of Teen boxer..How to become a teen boxer..How much do teen boxers make!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????...

Hey. I wish you luck with your aspirations. Floyd is a great ring model because every fight is a boxing clinic. But, Floyd fought about 100 amateur fights before he went pro. He only lost 6 of those. There he cultivated his skills to be the most talented and skilled boxer in the world today. In America, you can not box professionally until you are 18...so you have 4 years to cultivate your talent and turn pro. Once you are a pro...how much you make will depend on many things like
A) How well you are promoted
B) How much of a following (paying customers) you gain
C) Whether or not your style is fan friendly
D) If you earn any titles, etc
I really do recommend you get a trainer. Floyd was training before he could walk. A coach will teach you what to do right and correct what you do wrong. They will push you beyond what you would push yourself.
Here is a list of gyms in Georgia. Hopefully one is near you. Again good luck!

How hard is professional boxing?

I don't see what there is to laugh at. I suggest you keep the same opinion about anything you decide to try your hand at. Always aim to be the best, or why even do it? The only difference between the billions of boxers and the best of the billions is the top guys decided to be the best, natural ability will not get you there, the dedication will. But it isn't easy by any stretch of the imagination. If you wanna be the best anything it will be difficult, because tons of guys are always out there "just doing it". You have to surpass them. Then there are the guys with natural ability, that are "just doing it" because it comes easy. You have to surpass them. Then you have the guys that have natural ability and proper training and the will to be the best. You have to surpass them. To be the best you have to accept nothing less than the best from yourself. You have the time if you are 15. Perhaps your best will be able to get you where you wanna be, perhaps your best just won't be good enough, either way as long as you give your best there is no shame. There will be disappointment along the way, there always is, but no shame.

It won't be easy though, like I said. How do you feel about being hit. One difference with boxing is that no matter your skill level being hit, a lot, is unavoidable.

I do martial arts as a hobby but i have no one to spar with?

ok b4 u say go to a karate club i did but i got bullleld there and had no friends and u cant say go to another one becuse i live in a small village and thats the only one within miles. i now train at home and i get completely bored punching the and kicking the air in front of the mirror. i do have a punching bag buts its to big for my house i have low walls. and iam kinda broke and cant afford a new one. and i don't have a garage or a shed. i also lift weights in my house but that two can get boring. is there any other drills which i can do besides punching the air and lifting weights. like stuff more motivatating. and nobody else in my family isn't into fighting so whenever i ask a cousin or my brother they always say no. and even if we did spar even with padded boxing gloves it will just turn out someone getting hurt or crying and us all just properly fighting. i don't have any friends so i cant spar with them. is there any other fun activities which i can do just by myself in karate. and don't say u will always need a coach because some of the monks did martial arts in a small group or even alone up in the Asian mountains.

How do I get started in boxing?

Yep,Go to the gym and have a look around. Be honest and say you are a beginner, and you would like to know about the club and maybe watch some training sessions. If you’re worried about getting hit or anything else just tell them.. they have heard it all before and some of the best boxers were scared of sparring at first. If you are serious about boxing pick a gym with some pedigree - ie one that has trained boxers who have done well or one that has a good record in the Amateur seen.Personally I wouldn’t reccomend trying to learn off the internet or worrying about being fit before you go. You can suppliment your gym time at home and get some tips off the net and you can run etc while you train.Mostly it’s about making that first step.Hope this helps!

I want to begin Thai boxing, but it scares me. I'm afraid I can not be at the height when I'm 23. In general, I am a complex and reserved person and I'm afraid that this will be an obstacle during training. Is there a technique to overcome this fear?

I would say I'm quite similar in the type of person we are.My story on how I started Muay Thai. I was never really interested in sport, was happy playing computer games all day and just being lazy. On top of that it just wasn't in my nature to get in fights let alone an aggressive person. But! I really enjoyed watching ufc, back in day seeing clips of pride or a random kimbo fight was surreal to me.Jui jitsu really gravitated to me being less aggressive, very technical but in the same ball park of one on one sort of fight. I found the friendliest looking mma gym and finally convinced myself to go and see what it's like. When I got there I was terrified - everyone was walking around like savages full of confidence. Overall I didn't like grappling it just want for me... I hated being under some sweaty dude. The gym was two stories, downstairs striking and upstairs grappling. Walking up the stairs I noticed everyone hitting the bags and pads I was like holy shit that looks fun but how do I start.Getting my foot in the door doing the grappling class I noticed it's no where near as bad as what people think. One thing you don't notice until you go is there are plenty of people like you just trying it out or have been going for a long time who just want to have fun. The amount of people that do it just for fitness and have no interest in competing is huge. You will suck, possibly for a long time. It's not easy. Just man up and try it out. Something you will realise is its a very technical sport with plenty of smart people doing it.  I've now been training for about 3 yrs since I was 22 had 7 Muay Thai fights and it's absolutely changed my life. Made me go to Thailand and loved it! Met so many cool and like minded people. Still the same person but have an extra confidence to myself. And Still haven't been in a street fight.Sorry that got long quickly but hope that helps!Disclaimer: I live in Australia (generalising but people here aren't as gun ho about things) and was fortunate to have a Thai as one of my first coaches so things were quite a bit different compared to non Thai coached gyms in a very positive way - that's another story.I'm on the left.

Any hobby ideas for a 16 year old?

I'm a sheltered 16 year old with no hobbies or talents and my parents are afraid of the world. So all I do is stay in my room and be on the computer. I don't have any friends. because I homeschool, and some homeschoolers are just fcking annoying. Excuse my bad moodness, im pretty mad right now... im normally not so upset.

I've been trying to think of things to do, but theres no escape from this loneliness.. I tried to talk to my mom about it and she just got mad at me because she said I ask for too much. Maybe I ask, but nothing ever happens, therefore, I have to ask again. And that's where she gets that dellusional idea

Her ideas of fun is going to work. with old people. and going to politic rallies. And If I say I dont want to do that, she thinks I'm just trying to piss her off. Whatever.

So I'm on the edge of just doing drugs. im ******* bored, my life has no ....get away. I have no accessible happinesses. everyday is the same. I'm just stuck with myself and I'm just angry with myself. I'm just miserable. And I'm not exaggerating. The only real life friend I have is one person, and she is stubborn and always corrects me and treats me like im mentally challenged.

I'm just pretty much giving up. I have nothing, no escape, no friends, no changes, if I try, I just make it worse. There's always some type of erason I CANT do something. My mom won't let me do sports. She says she doesnt want to pay for that. She's always at work. my dad is always playing video games or working outside. Just me. And my laptop.

so what the hell. Which leads me to the only possible thing that could get me out of this mess. weed. I have no future, I suck at school. No friends. No talents. Why the hell not.

Unless someone can prove me wrong..

...I live in Georgia. Not much to do here. Defineitly with my selfish parents.
ive got nothing.

this is just about my last straw. . . I wanted to have more self control, but now I'm starting to wonder what that would benefit in my life. self control for what?

k thanks
