Sure it's high in salt, but it tastes a whole lot better than plain tuna and spaghetti, and it's a lot easier than making everything from scratch. Here is what you need to do: buy some whole wheat spaghetti or fettuchini. Next time you make tuna helper, double the tuna called for on the box, and add as much (or more) of the whole wheat pasta to the mix as what comes in the box. (also add extra water - if the recipe calls for 2 cups, increase it to 3 or 3 1/2). Now you can get more meals out of each box, and each serving will have half the sodium you get in a regular serving. The flavor is almost the same. You can improve the nutrition value even more, and cut the fat and calories per serving by adding some fresh or frozen vegetable to the mix (I like adding half a bag of frozen peas.) Just remember - this is good bulking and energy food - but if you get to the stage in bodybuilding where you want to drop fat and get cut, this kind of meal has way too many simple carbs and sodium. Then you'll need to switch to yams, plain whole grain rice, plain chicken breast and other foods that are high protein with limited amounts of complex carbohydrates.

Look it up.Amazingly these folks claim to have the best “diet” of all iron games.They eat “food like items”, ranging from colorful fad supplements to junk food feasts after dieting for long periods and after they pose on stage!. Should I bulk first? Or Cut, then Bulk?

Hi there. I am a 19 year old male, 5'10 height, and I weigh about 76 kg or 170~ lbs. I do not know my BF% but I wear about 31-32 size jeans.
I used to workout tons before I was 18 and since University my diet and my exercise has decreased dramatically. I do cardio/sports at least 3 times a week, mostly soccer. However, I have yet to start working out.

I want to work out properly this time but I do not know how.

First things first, I do not know if I should cut then bulk, or vice versa first. I personally believe that I have quite a bit of body fat. I wear about 32 size jeans, 76kg, and 5'10.

Should I cut or bulk first? I do have quite a bit of a size from hockey and working out in the previous years.

And for workouts, should I do upper/lower/upper? Or muscle focused exercises? Or total body workouts? I plan on working out about 3 times a week excluding cardio days (sports).
