I think one of the biggest problems in this section of YA, is that everyone is set in themselves that they possess all the correct answers. I believe this asker was merely making an observation about the submission of answers to these, potentially, insightful questions. And then asking the opinion of others on what they thought. However, after reading and re-reading these responses most, if not all, have given no proper response to his statement. Merely a response that s relevant only to yourselves. Hence, the seemingly lack of intelligence, especially on this forum. Because you fail to look beyond the Self and into the grand scheme of things. I believe this forum was meant for us to share those ideas that exist beyond the computer world. However, in sharing there is giving and receiving. And in this section, there seems only to be giving the "sweet" gift of our opinions on the Ultimate. I agree with the asker on this question. There seems to be a level of paradox and tension in this forum about things that are supposed to make our lives better.
I,m so pissed right now about my Dr has anyone else been mad or changed there Dr?
A human has a certain amount of X and Y chromosome's in your body. If he ordered a chromosome test, it is to see if there is something off, especially if he thinks the baby only has one kidney. When doctors order these tests that have to do with DNA, etc. it can take weeks to get the results. I am surprised your new doctor won't ask the records to be transferred to him though. A person CAN survive and be perfectly healthy with one kidney. I think also, only a person who has a medical license can properly interpret the ultrasound findings, even though he could have made a mistake. Don't freak out. Your baby will most likely be just fine. Don't underestimate your body when giving birth. You may very well be able to have your baby without a c-section. Also, it is normal for doctors not to want to take on a "high-risk" case if the person has been cared for by another doctor so far into their pregnancy. If this doctor keeps making comments about your husband not being there, simply tell him that is is none of his business where he is, someone has to support your family, and that is what you both chose to do. Period. Ask ALOT of questions next time you go in. I always got really overwhelmed when I went in, and had to write out the questions on a piece of paper to ask, otherwise I would forget them the moment the doctor started talking. Maybe you could try that, it really does help. Then you can write his answers down as well so you don't get confused later. Good luck. Stay calm and just talk to the doctor about your concerns with his comments and tests.
Help, I am freaking out about the asvab?
I was supposed to take it today and I told my airforce recruiter yesterday that I need another week to study, she told me, I worry too much, but said she wants me to be comfortable when I take it. I took the est and scored in the 80th percentile, but I have no knowledge of mechanics, auto shop, and electronics. I am good with vocab and paragraph comprehension, math is my weakspot, I've been doing some problems, most of it is review for me. I am thinking the worst right now like I am going to freak out and not finish, or get a bad score, this could be test anxiety, and I am just nervous about it. Anyone recently take the test, how did you do? how can i relax my mind and just tell myself I got this? I'm very smart girl, I don't know why I'm not giving myself more credit. I have education, I want to at least get a 72, am I shooting too high?
How do I find whether a consultancy is fake or not?
I tell you these points to remember.I am in a placement consultant for Few years, so listen to me carefully.If any placement consultant is asking you any advance fee it may be in any form like Registration fee, verification fee or any thing, around 50% will be fraud until and unless they have fee like 100 or 200, I cant say that these agencies will be fraud, But many placement consultant take charges like 1000 or 2000 or i have also seen that they have even charged 10000 from people, and they give guarantee to give jobs but they are definitely fraud. dont believe them.Many take charges in form of for example they will say that you have to give training charge. so please be care fullYESSS…if any consultant company do not have any charges they charge directly from the company the company then they are GooD.Many consultant company provide jobs they will provide you after one month, when you get the salary, then they can charge you can trust.
What is your review of SRM University?
I’ll go anonymous for personal reasons. This is a completely honest from the heart kind of an opinion and I’ll keep it as short as possible. This is about SRM Kattankulathur(and is probably the only SRM even worth writing a review about).As an engineering college, the number of opportunities you get to prove yourself is extremely high. Don’t expect much from the faculty members but you can get amazing funding for all your ideas and you can even start your own clubs and can make a name for yourself. The campus is amazing and there are floor canteens,ACs in each class room etc. The size of the campus is mammoth. You can even make it to MITs if you are dedicated enough and can devote yourself without diversions.But, what ruins it all is SRM itself. They are GREEDY AS FUCK! They cannot limit their intake. They have to have 30,000 good for nothings in the campus. They have to SELL THEIR SEATS. The seats sold is close to 70%. That ruins EVERYTHING.And the result? Mediocrity or even worse. What’s the point in teaching Machine Learning to folks whose only aim in life is to get laid or get a girlfriend? Yes, that’s 80%% of the crowd you meet here. And as you can guess, those folks have made it here by buying seats using their Baap ka paisa. Their new semester’s resolution is not to improve their GPA by studying hard but by improving their malpractice skills. The Telugu crowd is probably the worst(though there are genuine exceptions). The North Indians are the better lot(though again there are exceptions).You don’t need to have be a nerd, but at least maintain some standards close to the alumni produced by other universities.SRM University is the most depressing university one can be in if one’s got any sort of ambitions in engineering. If you haven’t made it to IITs/NITs/BITs stay clear out of such universities. It’s better to join some third grade university and stay in your home town. It’s unimaginably hard working on yourself if you cannot find a single soul who is half as like minded as you are.If you are like the other good for nothings as mentioned above, this place is your heaven. Go ahead! Buy your seat right now. You are a very crucial asset for the university to maintain its TIMES NO. 1 RANKING. Hurry up! The prices tend to increase after a while.Conclusion: SRM University can be a way better university and can even match the standards produced by IITs if it stops being such a prostitute.Adios.
I'm working on my Air-Check for radio...Any Ideas on how I can complete it?
Depends on what you're looking to do. Talk radio, music, public access... A ton of people will try to tell you, "PD's don't like the Air-Check to be longer than 2 minutes." - Don't listen. My PD in Dallas told me that there is no way to judge a show on just 2 minutes. You'll want to keep it under 5 minutes, and maybe add a few other tracks on the disk...a few longer segments, a show scope.
