Can I Board A Domestic Flight With Fir Copy An A Photo Copy Of My Id Prove As I Lost All My Wallet

What should I present at the entrance of the airport if I have lost my proof of identity (PAN) with my wallet and have no other POI?

Original police complaint/FIRPhotocopy of an ID proofNote: Name on #1 and #2 should be same as that on your ticket.I recently had my wallet stolen which contained all my identity proofs ( driving license , PAN card, Voter ID Card) and had to catch a flight in a few hours.I called the airline customer care to check if I could travel with a photocopy of an Identity proof.I was told that I will not be able to enter on showing a photocopy, but I will be allowed entry if I produce the original FIR / Police complaint.I filed a complaint at the concerned police station and was provided with a “certificate of lost items” which worked at 2 airports. At Mumbai Airport (T1) security checkpoint allowed me entry on the basis of the certificate. But I was asked for an online or print copy of a photo ID proof at the time of boarding. At Delhi Airport (T1-C), security asked me for photocopy of any ID proof in addition to the certificate. No id proof was needed at the time of boarding.

Does a three year old child require photo-ID to travel in domestic flights in India?

As per law, you sure need one. However in my entire experience I have never been asked to show a photo ID for my child ever.I once left home without my wallet with absolutely no ID. I made the CISF personnel at the gate aware of the same and he allowed me inside the airport with an Aadhaar card image I showed him on my phone. So I guess, it all depends on the personnel on the gate.It would be prudent to carry some ID just in case.As per Air INDIA website this is the requirment.Children should carry their school identification cards or any other photo identification proof,Valid birth certificates of infants,

Will TSA permit airport entry with a temporary drivers license?

Here is what the TSA officially says on it’s website is an acceptable ID:Driver's licenses or other state photo identity cards issued by Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent)It goes on to add:In the event you arrive at the airport without valid identification, because it is lost or at home, you may still be allowed to fly. The TSA officer may ask you to complete a form to include your name and current address, and may ask additional questions to confirm your identity. If your identity is confirmed, you will be allowed to enter the screening checkpoint. You may be subject to additional screening. So, based on this, a temporary driver’s licence, as long as officially issued by a government agency, with a photo included, should be acceptable. (Edit: see update below).Edit: The TSA has updated acceptable ID requirements as follows:Beginning Oct. 1, 2020, if you plan to use your state-issued ID or license to fly within the U.S., make sure it is REAL ID compliant. If you are not sure if your ID complies with REAL ID, check with your state department of motor vehicles. For information on REAL ID, please visit DHS frequently asked questions.Additionally, note the following two points:A weapon permit is not an acceptable form of identification.A temporary driver's license is not an acceptable form of identification.
