If you are not interested in purchasing the gems , then the first thing that you should remember is that you won't get the gems easily. You would hardly get 10–15 gems a day. So you must think twice before you use them.So , my suggestion would be that,Don't use a single gem on barracks, mines etc. until you get all the 5 builders.Once you get all the 5 builders,c collect them as much as possible till you reach townhall 9 and upgrade your queen/ king at least to a level above 10/ 15 and then use your gems on barracks,king and queen( you will have your camp full within 10 to 15 minutes so make sure you are online for at least an hour so you could use the full time of gems).Make sure that you have atleast one builder free or near to be free so you can make use of storage immediately after you earn them by spending gems as you don't want your coins and elixers to get wasted by enemy attacks.The best time to spend the gems on barracks is when all the builders are busy and many of them are close to to be free. So that you have enough storage to keep the builders engaged after immediately when they get free.Never ever spend the gems on boosting the mines and collectors unless they are for one gem each( spending 5 gems on them won't be good as you can earn more than that by using those gems on barracks provided you play for one hour continuously).Keep some gems reserved as you may need them during wars ( sometimes you will be on the edge of time and you might not be having your camp full ).This is what I followed while playing coc and found this the best way to spend the gems.
Removing obstacles has a high chance of awarding up to 5 gems an they have just released the gem mine in the night village so that's usefulIf you want lots quick you could buy them but that will burn a hole in your pocket very quicklyIf your talking about hacking to get them then don't. unfortunately I have already added my visa debit card to the game. Can I play Clash of Clans on PC?
Yes, you can with emulators as listed above. However, and this is a BIG consideration before you do so, it's against their Terms of Service regarding 3rd party software and unsupported platforms. As such, if anything goes wrong with your game, be it lost gems, a game glitch, whatever, you'll get no help from Technical Support. On top of that, as it is against their TOS, should they become aware that you're playing on PC, they can (and very often do) lock the game permanently. So, there goes all your hours of play and any gems you purchased down the drain, never to be seen again. Just make a visit to their forums and you'll see lots of posts from players asking why they've been banned from their game only to find that they were using emulators to play on PC. Encouraging people to use emulators and/or giving instructions on how to use them can even get you banned from the forums. So, make the decision wisely. While playing on PC is, indeed, more convenient, is it worth the risks?
How do I reset CLASH OF CLANS?
Well you actually can. :D Connect your ipad or whatever to your pc and sync all your data with itune, you can use icloud but i prefer itunes. Once you have it synced, go to Settings->General->Factory reset. After that restart your device and do the setup and login with your Apple Id and sync all your data back to your device using itunes, it will download all the apps and data back again. Then open clash of clans, it will ask you a warning: Do you want to load your old village (with its name and level). Press No and keep in mind your old base will be deleted forever. You have successfully reset your village. :D P.S : It won't work by deleting the app and if you login through another game center and try to play two accounts on the same device,you may get banned forever. ;)

There are no such things as “cheats” in CoC wherein you enter a code and you get stuff for free or things like that. But time to time there are some glitches which are present which can be exploited, but again Supercell fixes it again in the next update. They were very strict about fairplay. But there are other methods which “help” you “learn” better attacking. Such as Xmod and other mods for which rooted phone is required. I repeat, its just a helping tool. Not a cheat.
