How can I contact facebook with a question?

My son, my daughter and I each have separate facebook accounts. Yesterday facebook wants each of us to verify our account with a phone number they then send a code to. Facebook would not let us use the same phone number twice. Right now my son is not able to get on facebook. We are trying to coordinate with the neighbor to use her phone for facebook to send the code to that they require is either texted or sent in a phone message.

I want to know what people do who have multiple facebook users in their home, but not multiple phone numbers. I cannot find anything in their help pages that address this problem.

What do you mean “contact Yahoo”?For support? No. They don’t have phone support.Their corporate offices as a shareholder?Yahoo - Contact Us

The security question is neither a user name nor a password, it is there as a fallback so that you can try to proove who you are. Therefore you can't log in with it.

How can I contact Yahoo finance?

Here's how to get to a page to report your problem directly to Yahoo!

In Yahoo!Finance, at the top right of the page, there's a help link. Click on that to get your here

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/finance...

Then click on one of the links on the left like quote basics. Here's that page:

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/finance...

Finally, at the bottom is the contact customer care button. Yes, it's convoluted, but that's one way to get there!

Oh, or just click here (if it works). (hard for me to test if it works since I clicked through to get there)

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/finance...

Once you get there and ask your question, they're pretty good at getting back to you, but you may have to ask/answer back and forth a couple of times.

Hope that helps!

How can I contact Yahoo Customer Service?

Edit: I finally did reach them. However, I did so after so much searching and clicking various links that I am unable to say how I achieved it, and I probably could not repeat it. But it seems likely that in order to reach an actual person you have to be a "small business" customer. That is, buy one of their paid services, as they have so many free email users that they cannot (or won't) hire enough support people to serve them all. I don't know the economics of free web-based email, so I don't know if this is a reasonable policy or not. But, hey, you cannot expect support if you don't pay for the service. I ended up speaking with two different people. The first didn't seem to understand my problem and was unable to help. The second did and was.

Unfortunately, as I hear, this option is no longer available. Meaning, to reset the password you would need to use a recovery email or telephone. We all imagine we will remember our passwords, but things happen, so it best to update your information from time to time. I think Google even reminds its users to do so after some time.

The security question isn't meant to be used for a direct login. When you have forgotten your password, the username, security question and answer to it help identify you, i.e. your email address. That way either the forgotten password or a link to reset your password can be emailed to the email address on file.

What do you mean “contact”?By phone? You don’t. They don’t have phone support for free email accounts. The only contact method is via their help pages.Contact Yahoo Customer Support

I suspect this question is related to What gives websites and search engines the right to publish your private personal contact details all over their sites so it becomes visible on the search engines and the whole world? -- which clarifies that the OP was not actually complaining about Yahoo allegedly violating a privacy policy, but was complaining that information in the public record was visible on websites, and that search engines can find those publically available websites -- which is, of course, what the Internet is all about.  But I'll keep the answer below under the assumption that the question was written as intended. By contacting Yahoo's customer care support. You can start at Help Central. They are on Facebook, Twitter, the phones, and email. You might want to check out the Yahoo Privacy Policy page to learn more about privacy settings. My suggestion is to do more than complain, since complaining is not enough, and does not really help anyone. Instead, call and ask them to help you explore what is going on. It's strange that "personal contact information is plastered all over their site" (which one? there are so many). It may be that you are on a site that only you can see, only if you are logged in. Again, ask and find out what is going on, and if anything needs to be fixed. If so, they will fix it for you. If not, they will explain what might be happening, and you'll have a better understanding of what is going on and why. Your question suggests a situation that is very strange and highly unlikely. There could be some malware in your browser or some other site you are looking at that is pretending to be a Yahoo site that is creating the impression that something is being mishandled. Seek to get information to see what needs to be done. Please note: there are phony companies out there who pretend to be "Yahoo customer service" So please do make sure to go to http://help.yahoo.com. and not any site that does not end with "yahoo.com" Also, the moment someone suggests that you have to pay for service, or that you have to download something to your computer from their site, you should know that you are not dealing with Yahoo, but a phony. Yahoo does not change for customer care. I hope you get your issue resolved quickly.  Private Message me if you need help (you asked this as Anonymous, so I have no idea who you are). I'm not in customer care, but I can put you in touch with someone who is.
