Can I Copy A Disk That Has A Video Game Data On It To A Usb

Why won t my PS4 let me copy data to a usb?

So I m trying to copy game data from bloodborne to my USB chip which has 14.13 GB free so it seems all good but when I confirm it, it downloads for a second then says
"Cannot copy.
There is not enough free space on the USB storage device. You must free up at least 66.25 MB more space."
If anyone can help then that would be great. I don t understand why it s doing this at all.

Is it possible to "burn" a PC game onto a USB and run it like a disk?

It's very easy man. Do the following steps :Install PowerISO and DaemontoolsClick "Copy" button on toolbar, then choose "Make CD / DVD / BD Image File..." from the popup menu.PowerISO shows ISO Maker dialog.Choose the CD / DVD driver which holds the disc you want to copy.Choose the output file name, and set output format to ISO.Click "OK" to make iso file from the selected disc.Once your ISO file is ready , Mount the ISO image using daemon tools. Use these steps :Double-click or drag and drop an image from Images collection to the section with virtual devices. Also, you can choose Mount to SCSI option from its contextual menu to mount an image to SCSI device, Mount option for the DT device or Advanced Mount option to adjust the emulation settings.Choose an image and click Mount or Mount to SCSI option from the sidebar.Click Quick Mount button and choose an image on your hard disk. Also, you can mount from Explorer:Locate an image on your hard disk and double-click it (you need to associate the certain type of image files in preferences in order to work with DAEMON Tools Lite from Explorer).Drag and drop image from Explorer to the section with virtual devices. And finally, you can choose an image to mount from Tray Agent. You can play your game as long as the ISO image is Mounted. Enjoy. Happy gaming.

Do I need to use the same disk to continue playing a PS4 game?

No, you do not the same exact disc to continue playing. In addition to your example of letting your friend borrow a game that never got returned, then replacing it … let’s say you rent a game disc from Redbox and play for a time (and create saved games), then return that game disc. Later you decide you want to buy a copy from the store and continue playing. No problem at all. You can pick right back up where you left off with any game disc that you can get your hands on, even by borrowing a friend’s copy.Game discs are not serial numbered or tied to a specific installation. Game saves are also not tied to a specific game disc. This is why you can replace game discs without any problems. You can even download the digital version from the PS Store and continue your game right were you left off with the same game saves.

How can I transfer videos from my USB to my PS4?

In order to transfer videos from your USB to PS4, do below:Connect your USB to your MacBook. Search for “Utility Disk”.From Utility Disk, select your USB Drive, click Erase, another window should appear. NOTE THAT IT’LL ERASE THE FILES IN YOUR USB SO MAKE A COPY IF YOU WANT. Then:1- The USB Drive has to be formatted as MS-DOS (FAT), Microsoft Disk Operating System. The 'Scheme' needs to be Master Boot Record, another old scheme format. You will see OS-X Journaled. Do not select it, as other computers such as Windows will not be able to read the files on your USB.If “Scheme” isn’t shown below the “Format”, on MacBook, go to View, then select “Show All Devices”.2- You have to make a folder in the USB Drive. For me I named the folder SHAREfactory and then I made a new one inside it and I named it VIDEOS (with the capitals) and then I put the video in the VIDEOS folder. Please keep in mind that to transfer video from USB to PS4, the video must be included in PS4 supported formats: MKV, MP4, MPEG-2 PS, or MPEG-2 TS.For me, MP4 format worked fine. I haven’t tried the other three. Then connect your USB Drive to your PS4, go to Share Factory, go to ‘IMPORT CONTENT’, go to Import Videos, then Import from USB. And you’re all set!

Wii disk drive died. Got a new Wii. Is there a way to transfer game info to new Wii?

Most saves can be moved to SD card then put into new Wii and moved to new Wii internal memory. Wii options - Data Management - Save Data - just pick the game then click on copy.

Some games like Mario Kart won't let you move to SD.
The only way you could play them on your new Wii would be to mod both systems.

USBLoader GX has an option to dump the gamesaves from a Wii to SD/USB then when playing a game through GX you save to the emulated NAND on SD/USB and not the Wii's internal NAND. So you could play from the disc channel with one set of saves (on new Wii internal NAND) and play the same game through GX with a separate set of saves (on SD/USB emuNAND dumped from old Wii).
Some modders liked this setup for a second city in ACCF or for a second save in Sims games...

If modding is an option you may consider, you could still have use for your old Wii.
Softmod both systems, buy a 32GB Sandisc Cruzer (or an even bigger USB HDD, I have a 2TB WD My Book) and use your new Wii to make backups of your games to USB drive. Then you can play your game on old Wii without using the disc drive.
You can also turn it into a media player with an app called WiiMC, I use it to stream movies to my Wii over WiFi.

How do I copy an Xbox 360's DVD content to a USB pen drive?

Xbox 360 discs are custom format (NOT DVD). It is not possible to read the disc using regular PC disc drives. You can only read a decoy DVD video section from it.Riping Xbox 360 discs requires an actual Xbox 360 disc drive and special 0800 mode drive firmware/PC software, which makes it pointless since you already have an Xbox in this way.Just download dumped ISOs from the internet.
