Can I Get Court Files On My Parents Divorce From Around 1985 To 1990 In Nj I Am Considering

Out of the two US presidential candidates which one do you think is worse, Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton?

Strange as it may sound, the question evokes in me a conflict between my gut and my heart. My gut reaction is the country is going into a period of anarchy where the better angels of our nature are betrayed and lost from sight. In that country, I suppose someone like Donald Trump is the better president, although I’m at a loss to say why.I don’t see Trump holding the country together, unifying or building. He seems intent on doing the exact opposite. I do see his movement as a reaction to the excesses of political correctness but for all the rhetoric, that seems trivial.Hillary I see as the president if I feel the country will last another hundred years. That there will be a United States to lead the world further in the directions of the Founders and the Age of Reason. That may sound opposite or obtuse to some who’ve internalized the rhetoric of Originalists, but I feel and think it’s accurate. The conflict between these two impressions sorrows me overall.

There is no historical evidence that corporal punishment harmed society. Why is corporal punishment discouraged?

In our culture, the real change in attitude occurred after WWII and, to some degree in response to it. GIs brought many things home from the war. One of those was harsh discipline. In response to their experiences (Great Depression; World War) and all that that entailed, they were also committed to giving their children a better life than they had. Put those things together and you have an environment of extremes which then led those children to grow up way more sensitive than their parents and to be guided by that increased sensitivity when they parented their children. You end up with a cultural paradigm shift away from corporal punishment.I must disagree with your premise that no historical evidence exists. For at least a couple thousand years, young boys in many cultures were trained with corporal punishments resulting in them being well disciplined, tough minded, aggressive and frequently violent. The connection is largely anecdotal, but compellingly consistent.I, for one, can see the usefulness of corporal punishment, at times. It should be used sparingly and with the understanding that it may be effective, but also may teach things (behavior / relationships) that you don’t want to teach. I used to teach parenting skills and consistently told parents that it was okay to swat your child (think of a toddler putting themselves in danger), but only once per incident. Anything more was to satisfy the parent, not train the child. Welts, bruises, scrapes, etc. are not an indication of good parenting, in my view.

Do liberals only hate President Donald Trump because he is one of the richest and most successful people in the world?

I don't consider myself a liberal and am neither a democrat nor republican. I consider myself to be fairly level headed and try to look at things objectively. That said:I don't think trump, not capitalized because I have no respect for the man, is as rich as he says he is or as successful.First and foremost trump is a con man. He doesn't finance his own projects with his own money. He gets people to invest, as do a lot of others, and then demands to have his name slapped on the building and get paid for it. He shorts or doesn't pay contractors for work done. A report I read a couple of years ago stated, based on financial info available at that time, of the 15 or so major properties he owned all but a couple were carrying about $1.2 billion, that's right billion, of debt. He's bankrupted 4 casinos and stiffed the state of New Jersey out of $125 million in back taxes, he's run a number of small businesses out of business costing hundreds of jobs due to his piss poor business practices. He's run at least a dozen other of his businesses into the ground because well he sucks as a businessman. He's a great scam artist, businessman, not so much.As far as rich, well, he says he is. He even posed as someone else to say how rich he was. He has yet to show concrete proof he is. He's never shown his tax returns, I know he doesn't have to, the reason I think he won't is it'll show how much less money than he claims he has, he actually does have. It will also show whom he's in debt to as well. According to his idiot sons he's heavily in debt to a number of Russian investors. He's also in debt to a major Chinese bank, something like $400 milliom, among others. So no, I don't think he's rich or successful.

Do police officers always make a report when they get a call?

That a police officer has to write a report about everything he does is something of a myth. The rule is “when in doubt, write a report.” If there was no crime or arrest, we could write an incident report that documented whatever we had seen. These usually went nowhere, but it covered your ass in case the nothing incident turned into a something. Most of the things I did generated no report. If I made a traffic stop and didn’t write a citation or make an arrest, there was no report. If a citizen reported suspicious circumstances and it turned out to be something innocuous, there was no report. If I moved a piece of debris out of the roadway, there was no report. In each case, I would end my radio report that I had completed the stop or call with “NA” (no action), “AC” (advised and complied), or some other disposition code indicating what I did.Now that most officers have mobile data terminals in their cars that display the circumstances of the call for service, many just type a line or two for the disposition, and they’re done.

What are some mind-blowing facts about Japan?

A lot of things have already been said! But I will share a few more based on my personal experiences & visits to a few Japanese corporates!Gifting is a religion there. The companies overburdened with souvenirs. a) Tokyo Stock Exchangeb) CITIZEN Factory: A famous Japanese company for Digital equipments. They welcomed with Cap, good luck charms, pen etc.c) TCS Japan: Not purely Japanese but the Japanese branch of an indian company2. Heavy reliance on Seafood / Non-Vegetarian: Being an Indian vegetarian, it can be very difficult to survive in Japan without prior preparations. A funny incident happened when one of my friends asked for vegetarian options in a hotel to which the waiter replied if “Ohh, you are pure veg! So only egg or fish will do”!It’s just a huge tuna fish-head. Nothing worth seeing :P3. Strong focus on detailing In India, we don’t really know what detailing mean. Apart from warm-seater toilets and technologically advanced traffic system, even their menus are detailed for various spice levels.4. Tokyo Stock Xchange: They must be the only stock exchange who use opposite signs. The stocks which are improving are shown in red while the falling stocks are shown in green. They have interesting reasoning for that! Want to take a guess? Comment section, please!5. Indian Food: A little bit of patriotism is necessary, right! For a risk-averse person like me who doesn’t take risk when it comes to food, I searched for Indian restaurants. I finally stumbled upon a scene in a Tokyo Hotel which was mind-blowing! India-Pakistan rivalry is well-known but who knew the two flags can be seen together on the streets of Tokyo. This restaurant was run by Shaikh Sahab, a Pakistani who got so emotional to know that I am an Indian. He offered a delicious free tandoori chicken! What more can you expect? Much love, sir! <36. Cars: The most exquisite models of cars in any country. McLaren, Porsche, Ferrari etc. you name it!It was an extremely interesting country for me to explore! I wish you all the luck for the Tokyo Olympics 2020.Last but not the least, it would be a shame to not show the beauty of Tokyo and what their cleanliness is all about.I will keep adding !Thanks for reading :) . Have a nice day!
