What is wrong with buying games from G2A, CDkeys, or other sources besides Steam?
Is it wrong to buy on G2A, Kinguin and other Key re seller shop.Short answers:Credit card fraud and Yes its bad to buy on those sites at the same time good to buy at some sites.(Curious why read the long answer)Long answer:Sites like G2A and etc. are usually a grey market since they don't sell the Steam Games Key personally and has to rely on the seller being honest and They are usually filled with unverified key re seller which those sites never bother to verify. To minimize their loss if the seller is using a stolen credit card or fake game keys .They use an insurance system like G2A shield in which you would pay a monthly fee of 2$+ ) which is just a scam. Why? I mean why would you need insurance when you bought for a game unless they are those guys who Sell Steam Keys which were bought via stolen credit cards. They usually buy on the developers site. And when the owner of the stolen credit card founds out about this they would immediately file a charge back for credit card fraud which hurts these developers as they would lose money + the charge back fees. And your game usually gets revoked and this hurts the developer as they don’t earn money they lose more money. Some developers even prefer to get their games being pirated as they don't really lose money rather than their game being sold with a stolen credit card.But some sites like Humble Software Bundle or Bundle Stars: Bundle Stars and http://GOG.com are usually a better place to buy steam games outside of the steam market as they partner with the game developer to release/resell their games.Plus some of the sales goes to charity.

Is it legal to sell Steam games for more than what I have to pay?
You changed country probably.Note that a lot of games have country/region lock on them.This means that you might be able to buy it, but when you give that game to someone out of that region/country he can't accept given game. At that point you’ll ask for a refund and that's when you’ll get caught.If you really want to make a profit, don’t mess with steam but use g2a instead. Games are cheap over there, although in most cases you're stealing from the game dev (I won't care for big devs like EA, but indiedevs really are hurt by g2a).Though with g2a it's not you who’s breaking any laws, that's done by the people that are selling those keys which were bought with stolen credit cards. Not all games on g2a are ‘stolen’, I also sold some keys over there; games which I had got double by buying a bundle while I already had some of the bundled games. (IndieGala, humblebundle, groupees, etc)
