Can I Get Toned To A Good Standard In A Month

How many months it takes to get a gym body?

The rate of your weight loss should be maximum 1% of your total weight per week. To achieve this, usually a 25-30% calorie deficit is required. Anything more aggressive than this will give you short term results, but it will negatively affect your metabolism and sabotage your long term goals. Once you go below a certain number of calories, going lower won’t be possible without serious health effects. You should eat the highest number of calories possible that will allow you to lose weight. If you can increase your calories and still lose weight, you should do it every week. Up until the point where you don’t lose weight 2 weeks in a row.How Long Should Your Transformation Take?Ideally, your transformation would take as long as it takes to reach your goals. However, transformations that take too long will be hard to stick to and it will mentally and physically be hard.Depending on your starting point, it may take anywhere from 12 weeks to a year to reach your goals.12 weeks is a good time frame to plan your transformation. It is enough time to get significant changes in your body, and it is not too long that will wear you down.If 12 weeks is not enough to get where you want to be, plan another 12-week time block. You can a take a week off, and enjoy to get yourself mentally ready for your next transformation. It took me two 12-week cycles to get from 230 lbs to 183 lbs. Between the two cycles, I enjoyed a nice Christmas where I ate whatever I wanted and barely moved for a week.To learn more, read the full blog post about how long does it take to get abs?

Help with puppy growth stages?

Dogs grow much more quickly as young puppies and then the growth slows down considerably once they reach 5 or 6 months. So even though we consider 12 month old dogs to be adults, the 6 month mark does not represent 50% of their total growth. I believe my vet usually tells owners that the dog is about 50% of their adult weight at 3 months.

A general rule of thumb that seems to work for most dogs (at least it worked out to be true for my friend's two mutts and for my german shepherd) is that they tend to be about 2/3 of their adult weight at 6 months, meaning they still have 1/3 of that weight left to gain. So if you had a 6 month old puppy that weighed 60lbs, 1/3 of 60lbs would be 20lbs. Add 20lbs to 60lbs and you get around 80lbs as the estimated adult weight. Please note that I am not implying that your puppy should weigh 60lbs at 6 months, 60 just happens to be a number I can easily do the math for in my head.

How can I lose 5 kg per month with an Indian diet?

Before giving any sort of input i would like to clarify few things:I've lost ~5kg(4.6kg) in 40days.I am not on any sort of diet.I was fat for two months. I've always been weighing around 66–70kg mark(except for last 2 months; I gained 6kgs) for past 5–6 years.5kg in a month is very drastic change. You may gain some kg soon.I am writing what worked for me (specifically with Indian diet).Cut processed sugar and food (subway as well). Never eat them in your life.Use minimum amount of oil, desi ghee and butter. Didn't touch them for last 40 days.Do weight training and cardio. I am doing 1.5hrs of weight training and 15mins of HIIT. If not interested in joining gym, start with bodyweight exercises and push pull legs routine. Search on YouTube/Google. Stay active throughout the day.Protein rich diet. Don't lower your carbs in the beginning (at least for 2 weeks after starting exercise). You may decrease carbs gradually. Fiber is important.Stay hydrated and start your day by drinking half a liter - 1ltr lukewarm water (if possible sit in Indian style while drinking). Don't overdo anything.I have made some mistakes and I don't want you to do the same. So here are few things to avoid, in no particular order:Don't overdo anything. Be it exercise, diet or anything.Take good amount of sleep and stop masturbating. While going for protein rich diet, don't forget to count carbs and fat in it. Chicken and eggs are best available sources of lean protein (apart from fish which is expensive). If you are hardcore non vegetarian, than it's relatively easy for you to reach your protein requirement compared to vegetarian. Supplements (only protein supplement) play imp role here. Don't forget to add fiber and healthy fats. Omega 3 and omega 6 are very important. This is very vast topic. Our Indian diet is quite a balance diet with vegetables, whole grain food and fats(ltd amount of ghee) included in it but lacks a bit in case of protein. So take care of your diet. Try drinking black coffee, green tea once a day.Avoid late night snack, carbonated drinks and any kind of processed drinks. If you have any doubts or questions, please feel free to contact me in the comment section. Thanks for reading.

Can I have my 6 month old boxers tail docked?

You can not have his tail docked but you can have it amputated for happy tail, which is what you are describing. It is for this reason that boxers and other breeds have their tails docked at 2-3 days old.

The likelihood of happy tail, if the tail is left natural is extremely high resulting in amputation.

Happy tail is when a dog has a strong tail that it hits off of objects, due to boxers having a high threshold for pain as well as other breeds, it is difficult it ever to get an injured tail to heal. They simply continue to re-injure the tail, break it or end up with severe infections.

Speak with your vet as their is no reason why an amputation couldn't be done during the neuter.

Just an FYI make sure the vet does NOT use Acepromazine as it is known that some boxers can die of cardiac Arrest if this anesthesia is used .. SO make sure you let it known to the vet that you do NOT want them using it.

How do I build my body in 2 months?

LToning Ur body in 2 months is difficult but not impossible.Schedule 2 work outs every day. An hour each in the morning & evening.Start with a Gym. Take the help of a trainer. The biggest advantage when we work out in a gym is that U can feel & see yourself the changes in Ur body from the 1st week. And this is Ur best MOTIVATOR.Of course initially U may have pain. But its a pain U must learn to enjoy & overcome. If the pain is too much U can take anti inflammatory drugs.Work out Major muscles like Chest, Shoulders, Legs & Back once in 4 Days. Biceps & Triceps once in 3 Days. And abdomen daily. Before U start Weight Training do Aerobic work out for 30 Minutes. May be 20 minutes on Treadmill & 10 minutes on a cross Trainer.Cycling, Swimming & Jogging are also stamina building exercises.Take good councilling from a dietician.Take a glass of Protein shake or Juice 30 minutes before work out. Do not drink anything cold immediately after workout. This cools Ur system SUDDENLY & suddenly reduces the Metabolic rate. Professional body builders cover their bodies with a jacket immediately after Work out, so they get maximum benefits from extending the Metabolic rate. Ideally body should cool off on its own to get maximum out of a workout.U can chill out 30 minutes after a vigorous workout. All the best
