Who is responsible if Amazon.com package is not delivered?

I purchased a package on Amazon.com Merchant Seller. The item was promptly shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and has never arrived. It has been sitting in my local post office for several days and is missing. Who is liable for this if I never received it? I have no verification of what was in the package since it never arrived. I wish sellers would stop using USPS. Most of us would pay extra for UPS or FedEx Ground.

I've registered wrong pincode on register parcel(201205)instead of 210205. But the address is totally correct. Wil it reach to it's right destination?

Yes it will unless it is a registered post.Registered post will be delivered to the addressee only. All other will be rightly delivered even if the pin code slightly wrong but will take a week more than the usual time, because it will first be returned from post office of which the pincode is mentioned on the letter/parcel. Then it will reach the concerned Returned Letter Office(RLO)the area which wiil now designate the correct pincode based on the address information on the parcel/letter and then again it will be getting into the deliver system. Thanks for Asking

I snapped my banjo string, will it end up all mangled and scarred?

You asked the same question yesterday, how many times a week do you snap a Frenum.

I'm a woman and even i know it's called a Frenum.

Are there any links to arthritis when having clinodactyly?

I have clinodactyly and the last few years I have had intense pain in both of my hands. The cold effects it the most but they do flare when it's warm too. I've researched and talked with my doctor who did some blood work. He told me to take glucosamine which hasn't been helpful. I've been wearing a brace on my dominant hand and it effects my work and penmanship. I haven't found anything that says it can have any relation to arthritis. My doc thinks it may be rheumatoid arthritis. Trying to find anything that might help. Thanks for reading!

Asthma-pros and cons of Singulair?

I personally love Singulair- when I skip it for a day or two, I feel the difference. (The only Rx I take in addition to Singulair are theophylline, up to 1200 mg/day, and albuterol. I can't take inhaled corticosteroids because they mess up my voice- if I
could, I'd cut back on the theophylline. I also strongly suggest that ALL asthma patients take MAGNESIUM OXIDE, available in any vitamin store. Most asthmatics are magnesium deficient. Magnesium relaxes the smooth muscles of the lungs, allowing for fast bronchodilation. Within minutes of taking it I get great bronchodilation. When I skip it for a couple of days, I feel the difference there, too. I take 1600 mg at a time, sometimes with, but usually without 300 mg theophylline, for strong, fast relief. [It may loosen/liquefy your bowel movements, but you must still take enough to get the bronchodilation. It WILL allow/cause you to cough up any 'congestion' in your lungs.] ER departments give magnesium sulfate IV in status asthmaticus when nothing else works. I think it's much better to take 800-1600 mg daily, so that hopefully, you never end up in an ER department needing IV magnesium sulfate as a last resort.)

Anyway, I try to find alternatives to Rx drugs and avoid them whenever possible, but I love Singulair, and I strongly suggest that you take your doctor's advice in this case and try it. It's getting a lot of negative publicity in the US in the wake of a teen's suicide that has been attributed to it. After reading a lot about this, I believe that Singulair WAS at least partly, (and possibly completely) responsible for this and similar tragedies- and anyone who takes it should be aware of this potential side effect. ANYONE who is depressed/suicidal should probably NOT take Singulair. Most asthma patients do not seem to have these side effects, though. I hope this helps.

What are the job profile, salary and promotions of a DEO in CAG (SSC CHSL)?

I found CAG the best department for a DEO to work in due to the following reasons.DEO in CAG does the same work as an Auditor. He rarely have to “type” something as most of the auditors do it themselves. He can't get field posting according to rules. So he is always posted on HQ where he have nothing to do. He is given the least work among all like diaring of files or TA bills etc.If you want to study, this is the best place.DEO, if he has the graduation degree, is eligible for SAS exam. Even an MTS is eligible if he is graduate. So if you can avail yourself of this opportunity, you will jump to 4800 GP from 2400, a major carree jump.A DEO is promoted to the post of Auditor after 5 years and to that of Sr. Auditor after 3 more years. After this, if you don't clear SAS, their is no promotion, even if you have joined as an auditor.Due to the above mentioned reasons, I think CAG is the best department for any DEO or MTS if he is really serious about going forwar
