Can I lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks?

I don't really care if it's healthy or not or if I'll gain it back and all that, so please don't tell me that. I already know.

Breakfast
One egg, scrambled, with 2% low-fat cheese

Lunch
Ham sandwich, with one piece of ham on white bread

Snack
Green apple

Dinner
Slim-Fast shake

Exercise
Treadmill - three to five times a week for half an hour
Stationary bike - four to six times a week for half an hour

I'm not going to change my plan, so please don't suggest something else. I just want to know if losing 15 pounds is possible with this.

How can i lose 15 pounds in a week?!?

I am 13, 5"4 and last time i weighed myself i was 168. I have been losing and gaining weight for the last couple weeks. Like, when i first started out, i was 173. Then i went up to 176 in a few days. A few days later i weighed 170. Again, a few days later, i weighed 171, and about 4 days later i weighed 168 (the last time i weighed myself) I drink TONS of COLD bottled water. I cut out soda completely from my diet. And I have been eating pretty good. It's been raining so much lately that i haven't really gotten to go out and walk or swim like i usually do. How can i keep healthy indoors? And I would love to lose 15 pounds in a week. It is my main goal. Could someone give me tips? Thanks a bunch!:D

Your body can only healthily lose up to 5 lbs of FAT per week. So, yes, it is possible to lose 15lbs in that time period, but it will mostly be of muscle and other fluids in your body if you keep this eating pattern because what you're doing is putting your body into starvation mode, and your body holds onto every bit of food that you consume into your fat because it doesn't know when it will get its next meal. I'm a teen, but I need to lose 15 pounds. I know you're probably thinking that because I'm a teen and I want to lose weight, I'm becoming anorexic, but that's not why. I actually want to be on the top of the pyramid this year in cheer leading. I know that I need to exercise regularly and stuff, but I need to lose the weight fast. Please help. No dumb answers.

hey, HI-5! i'm also wanting to lose about 15 pounds in 2 weeks even though others may say it is harmful or unhealthy. (i'm 5'3 too) but unfortunately,i haven't been able to keep to any diet because i just can't resist any temptations. anyway, i think the best way to lose this weight is thru some "fad" diets(as what others claimed).like cabbage soup diet and 3 day diet... others say that the weight lost is only temp but i think thats not true. you can maintain it if you don't overload yourself with calories. you can just type in cabbage soup diet or 3 day diet in yahoo! good luck!
