Can I Make My Body Look

How can I make my body look more proportional?

It’s amazing how large a role body proportions have in making some people look taller or shorter than they really are. Case in point…here’s a little story:
In college, I became friends with a fellow petite. We were roughly the same height and weight, and quickly bonded over our experiences being so tiny.
Because I was a tiny bit shorter than her, I always assumed when people saw us together, I was the one that looked the smallest. However, I was always shocked to hear other people comment on how tiny she was. It didn’t make sense, I was the smaller one, and I wanted recognition for how awesomely petite I was! What was happening?
I think the reason lies in the differences between our body proportions.
As I’ve mentioned before in past postings…I have a short torso body type. What this means is, in comparison to the rest of my body, my torso is short, and my legs are long. This also seems to dictate the way body fat is distributed across the body. Because I have long legs and long arms compared to the rest of me, the body fat in those areas have more room to spread out…so they appear thin. However, because my torso is short, the body fat in that region has less places to go, so I’m a little thick around the waist.
My petite friend on the other hand, has a long torso body type. This means she has a long torso compared to the rest of her body, and her legs are short. This also effects her body fat distribution, as her legs and arms are thicker than mine, but her waist is slimmer.
Now…from what I can gather, my long legged, short torso body type is the reason I don’t look as short as I really am, and why my short legged, long torso friend looks shorter than she really is. Take a look at the illustration below and see if out of the 3 figures, one stands out as taller, and one stands out as shorter:

How can I make my body look less feminine?

Hi, please just give me straight forward answers, no lectures or trolls please. Ok so basically, How can I make my body look more like a 'boys'? I already have a chest binder to reduce my bust, but I have a really feminine figure :( for example, my bum is quite large and round. How can I make it look smaller and flatter? And what kind of clothes will make my hips appear more narrow? I'm not ready for any kind of surgery etc yet, but are there any drugs I can get that will reduce my estrogen or something?

How can I make my body look shorter and fatter?

Don't listen to everybody else who ignores your question. I hate when people don't take you seriously when you ask a question. Since you're skinny, don't try wearing baggier clothes as this will emphasize your thin body (I know as my friend is very skinny and this happens, while I, described as "curvy" looks fatter with baggier clothes). I suggest you try a sort of "reverse psychology" trick. You wouldn't be able to find a tutorial on looking shorter or fatter really, so try this. Look for guides on how to look longer legged and thinner. Then do the opposite of the tips given or follow their list of "avoid this" or "don't wear this".

However, keep in mind there's clothes, shoes, accessories, etc. that contribute to the illusion you want to create. These sources are just the tips of the iceberg and to give you an idea where to start. Now you have to do the rest by continuous and intense research if you are serious. How do I make my body look more toned and ripped before going to the beach?

If we're talking long term (months before the beach), lose body fat while eating lots of protein (to preserve muscle mass). If we're talking days before the beach, mild (key word there) dehydration is the answer. Asparagus is a classic choice for this. Eat and drink minimally the day of the beach. Also, salt is the enemy, as it will result in your body retaining moisture. A light to moderate resistance workout will result in your muscles retaining moisture, giving them a "pump". But since you're not drinking a lot of water, don't do a strenuous workout.

How can I make my body (especially my stomach and chest) look like Chris Hemsworth's in Thor?

It is possible to get that sort of muscle gain over the period of years with the help of a professional trainer to plan your exercises. Many websites talk about how Chris managed this, mostly by following the classic powerlifting strategy of bulking (large increase in muscle + fat) and then cutting (measured loss of fat and minimal muscle) to increase definition. Obviously, this was done with the time frame of movie shooting in mind--they probably began shooting with his shirtless scenes first, just as his cutting was finalized and he had minimal body fat. It's possible to maintain such a physique indefinitely (thanks Richard Talens, see below), given you adhere to the training and diet. The following website talks more about his diet and training plan.
