How to publish my book?
This is the best website, you go to www.writers-centre.org/ then you go to "All About Publishing" on the menu on the left hand side of the page, then go to publishers on the middle of the page. It will come up with a list of different publishers and what they specialise in, pick as many as possible that specialise in ur genre and email them. If one doesnt accept u another one might.
How do i publish my book?
I am 16 years old, and I'm trying my hardest to get my book published and have the entire teenage world read it. I'm not done, but when i am finished I'd like to have a grasp on the process I have to go through to find a publisher. I understand the process may take awhile. I just want someone to read my book that can do something with it!

Costs range from $500 to several thousand. The odds are you will not make your investment back.Self Publishing — You can publish your own book on Amazon Kindle for free. Get the free Kindle book “Publish on Amazon Kindle with Kindle Direct Publishing” which will explain exactly how to do it. If you want to add print editions, you can work with CreateSpace thru Amazon. They will charge you to do print on demand but you can do most of the grunt work yourself saving you money.Be aware that just because you have a book available on Amazon doesn't mean anyone will see it so marketing will be your problem.Best of luck.
How do I get my book published?
I have written a book. I have been working on it a long time and I am very proud of it. I have given it to a few people to read so I had a few other opinions and was not just being bias. Their responses have been most positive and encouraging so I really think I have something here. I have no clue what the next step is. Where do I go from here?
Is it free to publish my book on Amazon?
Yes, but it is a PITA and can be quite disheartening.Several years ago I decided on the spur of the moment to put one of my several novels up on Amazon. I’ve been writing since I was a child and had shopped my books around a bit, but got quickly discouraged and gave up (long before I should have, but that’s me).I went over it with a fine-tooth comb (couldn't afford an editor), did pay a friend who is a graphic designer do the cover for me, and voila! uploaded.Right away I discovered several things. First, Amazon does absolutely nothing to promote your book. Second, if you forget to design something (like the back cover) they don’t let you know. As for payment? Pennies on the dollar. I’ve made less than ten bucks on this book in all the years it’s been out.Also, I caught several mistakes after uploading and have not been able to replace the file. I have no idea why Word’s spellchecker didn’t catch my misspelled “furnature” but it’s in there, and I can’t get it fixed. Since I’m known as a spelling and grammar Nazi, this is humiliating.Also, you have to BUY any copies of your book you want. No free copies for the author.Guess how I discovered that I had forgotten to design a back cover. Yeah, I paid to find that out. No one got a copy of my book for Christmas like I’d planned, they’re still sitting and gathering dust in my basement.I’m so embarrassed that I’ve never tried to do anything else with it, nor have I self-published any other of my several completed novels. Though I did write a 50,000+ word book for NaNoWriMo 2015 that I think isn’t bad. But unless I can use an editor, it’s not seeing the light of day.You know I have to include the link. Can I publish a book with out my parent knowing?
I would like to know for both of these reasons. if I wanted to surprise them by writing a book I could do so with out there detection for a short period of time (just until I get it written, published and selling) or if I don't don't want them to ever know that I'm publishing a book that they might find not the best of literature whole while it's being published or while it's sold or just being in the world period with out them detecting it? so to simplify it as best as I can, could I publish a book with my parents not knowing? I would never write anything bad but I tend to be more morbid minded than what I think my parents who are very anti violence would be comfortable knowing that their daughter can think like that, I think they would feel like they didn’t raise me right or something and I don’t want to disappoint them I’m trying very hard to not to be a bad daughter but I think this is one thing that you might say is a “what they don’t know cant hurt them” type of thing. If they knew the consequences would be that they think that I didn’t trust them or something est. what do y’all think?

No.Do your study.Publishing is easier than ever before.Marketing is easier than ever before.Selling is as hard as ever. And it will continue to be.Therefore, learn the art of selling.Start from why.Why would any person buy your book?What is their benefit?What could your book do to them, apart from entertaining? Apart from entertaining because you will find millions of movies, billions of videos, and trillions of memes to entertain yourself. Everything for free. So why to buy your book?Sell that ‘why.’And if you cannot find that why strong enough, your book isn't ready yet. Rewrite your book. And put that why.PS: Go through my profile.
