Can I Restart My Project After 2 Years Of Drop In M.e. Machine Design In Gtu

I'm an engineering student (BTech) & I have 10 back papers in my first year (4 back papers in the 1st semester and 6 in the 2nd semester). What should I do?

I think I am qualified to answer this question. I had 17 backlogs during my whole BTech. Some my fault and some by luck. I too had a very low point recognizing and accepting fact that my friends are getting all clear and I am failing to pass even in subjects so easy as Manufacturing process and that too in First year and from CSE.But I have cleared all in a span of 6 months over my btech and i am working as a software developer right after my college when I had backlogs. So What You can do?Firstly stop thinking about other people and their results.Collect all the study matter and write down the syllabus of current semester and backlogs corressponding to current semester.Slice each backlog subject concurrently with current semester.Be positive at most of the time. Its Mandatory.Focus on your skills as engineer but not as the book worm. Dont do engineering to just pass through all subjects. Do it to make difference to yourself. Small or big doesnt matter.Repeat from 3.World is a nasty place. You will find a lot of people who will show that they are better. Just dont pay attention. For the record my B.tech backlog schema was :1st Sem - 4.2nd Sem -4.3rd Sem - 5.4th Sem - 3.5th Sem - Passed.6th Sem - Passed.7th Sem - 1.8th Sem - Passed.Failure might break you down. But it also prepares you to find success. All the best.
