Is yogurt for breakfast not enough?

in the morning im not that hungry before i go to school, im a junior in high school. i eat a chobani yogurt every morning with a cup of coffee. sometimes i eat an egg or two for breakfast. is this not enough food for me? im also trying to lose a few pounds and the way i see it is if i eat a small breakfast then i have a little more room to eat good foods during the day.

im not trying to starve myself from breakfast its just that im not hungry when i wake up. does my body need a bigger breakfast for me to lose weight?

Is yoplait yogurt a good breakfast?

Well, i have yogurt in the morning when i'm rushing too. I tend to add some fruits with it. Not too much, just some grapes, or blue berries, diced apples. Add that with fruits and a couple nuts on top, like almonds, and you're good to go. Healthy breakfast for a nice start.

Is yogurt and egg hair mask good?

I'lll let YA POSTERS respond about hair mask: "i have naturally black hair but i hate it so i dye it brown + blonde highlights .. and bcuz of that it got really super dry .. i use olive oil and bunch of different oils every week ( as a hair mask ) , and they do help but not that much."

And one from bad hot oil treatment:

My hair is ridiculously damaged, mostly due to the fact that I've been coloring it or bleaching it for several years now. I'm trying to lose some weight and there's loads different advice so I don't know what to believe. I usually have wholegrain cereal with non fat yoghurt for breakfast- should I change to eggs? Which is better?

Can we eat eggs with curd?

It depends on your body. In many cases it doesn’t matter what combination you eat.But as per Ayurveda, curd acts as a cooling food to human body whereas egg is a heat providing food. So, they should not interact with each other. In similar passion chicken and curd acts as same.

If my breakfast comprises cold cereal, bacon and eggs, toast and butter, yoghurt and coffee with milk, in what order should I consume them?

Healthy breakfast ideas with high protein?

I'm a very picky eater and I eat a lot (I'm an athlete) and I'm trying to eat healthier. I'm very picky with food, I don't like eggs, milk, greek yogurt (regular yogurt is ok), coffee, tea, cereal/oatmeal, nuts (besides cashews and peanuts), granola, dark green vegetables (besided lettuce and cabbage), beans, pastries, and waffles/pancakes. Ive tried almost every website but they were all the same thing. Do you guys have any ideas?

I want it to be very high in protein since I get hungry very easily.
