Can I Trade In My Phone At The T-mobile Store Instead

Can I trade in a sprint iPhone 6s 16GB at a Tmobile store for a Tmobile phone that isn't an iPhone?

Most companies offer trade in credit for old devices. That credit is usually not the market value of the phone. So if you are expecting to get a decent phone for free just by trading it in you probably won’t. My experience with trade ins is we give around half of the market value of iPhones for trade ins.So a Sprint IPhone 6s would be around $120–$150 trade in value. There are a lot of prepaid phones that are around that price that T-Mobile offers. I would go in and see what they can do.

Can I trade in my phone if it has a dent on the back? T-mobile?

I can't find the trade-in policy for T-Mobile.

I have an iPhone 5 and I'm planning to trade it in for an iPhone 6 today, but the only thing wrong with it is that it has a small dent right on the back of the aluminum, under the apple logo. It's been there for a long time, and I don't know how it got there.

Can I still trade it in or will T-Mobile not accept it? Thanks!

If I pay for jump! by T-Mobile and I pay off my phone early instead of paying it off via a payment plan do I still have to turn the phone in when upgrading to my next phone?

No longer have jump available if paid off

Does T-Mobile do in-store phone repairs?

Yes, But there are three ways you can use1. Contact the ManufacturerBefore you attempt any DIY screen repair options you should check with the company that made your phone.2. Screen Protector or TapeIf you cannot fix your broken smartphone screen right away, there are some steps you can take to use the iPhone or Android with a broken screen. Assuming only the glass is broken, which means the screen still shows an image and responds to touch, you can use this as a stopgap until you can afford to replace the screen yourself.3. DIY Screen Repair and ReplacementThe cheapest way to fix a broken iPhone screen or broken Android screen is to perform a DIY screen replacement.Buy the repair parts at the Cell Phone Repair Parts And Accessories Wholesale All Over The WorldThis is involved, but it is not impossible. You can replace the screen on your iPhone or Android fairly easily using online tutorials. Sometimes you will need to replace the screen and other times you will only need to replace the glass.

Is it illegal to trade t-mobile phones?

we qualified for phone upgrades on three lines on our account. we asked for a MytouchQ, and the women behind the counter demanded and insisted that we give her the sim card, so we gave her my moms, and she installed it for her. We still had two lines available for upgrade, again she wanted the sim cards, but we did not have them because the workers we're paying the line for are not present. She looked at me and said she needed to know the phone number we wanted for so she could program it, and that once we did, we could not put another sim card in it or it was illegal and there was like a 500 dollar fine for it.

So does mean that if you buy a t-mobile phone, and you get a new one, legally speaking, your old cellphone is useless? And you cannot give it to another t-mobile user on the same account even?

And if you want to trade phones with someone on the same account that is illegal as well?

Also i found the whole insisting for the sim card a little strange, because I ordered my phone online, and it came in the box, and i did everything myself. And we've gotten a phone before from the store and they've let us just take the box.

Please answer, and state if your 100% sure. I want to know facts.

A question about upgrading my phone with T-Mobile's JUMP!?

So basically I have an iPhone 5s with a cracked screen and probably some water damage. (LOL) I looked online and saw that in order for me to use my JUMP!, since my phone is damaged, I would first need to file a PHP claim (my deductible is $175) and pay the deductible before I could trade in my phone.

Now. So my remaining balance on my current phone is only about $75. So it makes more sense to just pay off my remaining balance and then use their "financing" to JUMP!/get another phone for $0.00 and start making my monthly payments as I normally would. (I am in the good/excellent credit tier)

So basically my question is just that. Is my assumption correct that this is how it would work? Rather than making a PHP claim and paying the insurance deductible of $175 to have my phone accepted as a trade using JUMP! for a new phone, can I just pay off my phones remaining balance of $75 and then use JUMP! to upgrade to get a new phone for free /cheep?

A detailed answer from someone very knowledgeable on the subject would be extremely appreciated.

Just in case it makes any difference in the situation, I'll note that I don't want to get another iPhone. Thinking about an Android device this time around.

Lastly, I'm not trying to be cheep. I just don't like when phone company's try to *pardon my French,* **** me in the *** dry.
