Can My 20 Year Old Brother Take Me To My Nv Driving Test

Is my 19 year old brother allowed to take me to the doctor instead of my parents?

Yes , why not he is old and mature enough to explain it to the doctor about your illness. He can later on explain about the meeting to your parents as what the doctor has said. What medicines needs to be taken if there are any . Have faith in your brother . It seems obvious that you yourself are old enough to understand what the doctor will say. Try to listen to the doctor and tell him exactly about the reason you have come to see him. Your illness . Act as what he prescribes it to you. You require your parents under serious circumstances . Other wise both you and your brother are bound to deal with it . Best of luck .

Jeep Wrangler for my 16-year old?

My daughter's 16th birthday is coming up in March, and she has been begging to have a Jeep Wrangler as her first car. As a parent, I'm a little skeptical. I've heard stories from both sides of the spectrum-- some saying that they're real donkey carts to drive, others exclaiming the opposite to be true. I've read that the gas mileage isn't all that great either, which doesn't excite me (or my wallet), and I'm not sure how safe the vehicle really is, let alone if they regularly come with problems.

She was, at first, looking at the 4-door Unlimited, but after seeing its fuel economy, is now far more interested in the 2-door Wranglers. (She would be driving this car on the highway, and in part be responsible for paying for her own gas.)

We aren't necessarily looking for a new car. A used one with a good history will suffice in her situation. She's very adamant about having this car, but I'm still unsure.

Can any Wrangler owners give me the low-down on this car?

A beggar's brother died, but the man who died had no brother. How could this be?

This one is quite easy. Just keep in mind that in case of such questions, the key lies in ascertaining the gender of the people involved in the question. Such questions are meant to determine our ability to work around our traditional notions. Here, the man who dies has no brother. this clearly indicates that the beggar is a female. The duo were brother and sister.

Can a minor who is 17 drive across state lines alone?

Check with State a local law along your route. Since the laws have changed for teenage drivers you will be bound by local age restrictions whereever you go. For example, a Nassau County teenager who drove to NYC to pick up a relative due to a serious illness in the family and had an accident in which the passenger was seriously injured, is facing jail time because the teenager violated NYC age restrictions,

Buying a car in the state of North Carolina with no title only bill of sale .?

I would strongly advise against that. IF (and that's a big IF) he is really and truly the owner then he can apply to the DMV for a "lost title" and get a new one. If he is unwilling to do that then there is always the possibility that the car isn't really his to sell. A notary's signature on a document only certifies that the person signing the document proved to the notary that they had identification showing they were who they said they were. The notary's seal doesn't prove or certify that person owned or had the right to sell the car. Without a clear title, signed over by the person named as the owner, you won't be able to title or register the vehicle, and if it does prove to be stolen you could be charged with possession of or receiving stolen property.

Can I get a license plate for my car without a driver's license or permit?

Question: Can I get a license plate for an automobile without having a drivers license?Certainly. If you purchase a vehicle from a dealership, they will give you temporary tags and then order permanent tags for you from the state. These can be mailed to you (or you can stop by and pick them up) after your registration has been processed by the state. This take 10 days to 2 weeks on average. If you purchase a vehicle in a private sale, you can go to the state DMV/BMV offices and obtain your registration and license tags there. You fill out some paperwork, give them the old title and pay a series of fees for taxes, registration and miscellaneous other items. They will either give you the license tags that day or you will be given temporary tags there also and have the new ones mailed to you. The mailing option will again take (on average) 10 days to 2 weeks.NOTE; If you don’t have a drivers license, it would be very unwise to drive the vehicle to the DMV/BMV branch. In some states, a clerk would need to check your vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and they will ask how you arrived in the vehicle if you are not licensed to drive. They can and will contact the police anythings will get less pleasant from there. Finally, in some states (Illinois being one) private agencies are allowed to undertake some DMV functions, including vehicle registration. They are often far less crowded and more convenient than DMV locations; however they often charge as much as a 25% surcharge for that convenience.Depending upon the location, they will either give you temp tags and request that you return for the permanent tags. Or they can provide with new permanent tags ,s o long s they are “basic” and not personalized, or specialty plates.
