Can My Processor Handle The Gtx660

Will my DX4860 handle the GTX 660?

Yes of course, the GTX 660 requires 450W MINIMUM ( others 500W, depends actually on what model as some are factory overclocked thus needs more power).

Your 500W PSU can handle it since it is a good corsair brand, but of course it would be better if you have a 600W instead, more ample power reserves and your PSU wouldn't be working at its limit.

BTW, another thing to consider is the size of the GTX660 your getting, just make sure first that it would fit inside your casing, usually the size of a gtx660 starts at 9.5 inches in length.

Can an i5 processor easily handle high-end games like GTA 5 and Watchdogs 2?

The answer is Yes, only if you have a GPU to support it.The minimum requirements for both GTA V and Watchdogs 2 is an i5 processor with a minimum clock speed of 3.2Ghz. That should be a 4th gen and above i5 processor. If your processor meets these requirements then your fine. However, the processor alone won't be able to run the game smoothly with its onboard graphics and you will experience and average of 20fps which isn't satisfactory. You will need a graphic card which is an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660/AMD HD 7870 and above. Here are the specs for the games.GTA V:Watch Dogs 2:

Can my dell handle GeForce GTX 660?

Dell computers have weak Power Supply, so think about getting a power supply with 600 watts.
The minimum power supply requirements for that video card is 450 W. So anything above or around 500 would be perfect.
I have many recommendations:
- SeaSonic 520 Bronze 520W - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093&name=Power-Supplies

- Antec EarthWatts GREEN 650W - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371044&name=Power-Supplies

( I would recommend the first one because the second one seems a bit too powerful.

Can I run GTA 5 on a computer with Core i3 processor and 4 GB of RAM?

These are low configuration in case of notebook bit for desktop it would be fine and I think there no graphics card other then Intel on ur pc soU should have a min of 6gb of ram ddr3 for laptops and desktops, processor don't matter only clock speed matter because I run it on pentium 4 on desktopThe most important thing is a high end graphic card for me I run it on nvidea GT 630 (on low)on desktop as desktop graphics are more powerful then laptop. As u haven't provided me with full details so in that case u need a desktop with config likeIntel processor with at least 2 GHz of speed and at least dual core and a equivalent AMD processor.Graphics card GT 650 or above with direct x 10 or above and AMD hd 5000 or above (with vram at least 2 gb and ddr2)Min 4 gb ddr3 or 8 gb recommendAnd a notebook with the specsIntel processor with at least 2 GHz of speed and at least dual core and a equivalent AMD processor.(at least dual core with 2 cpu)AMD graphics card above hd 8000 series and Nvidia GeForce GT 800m or above (with vram at least 2 gb and ddr3)Ram at least 6gb ddr3 or above.

Can a GTX 660 handle most games at 60+ FPS on medium/high graphics?

having recently upgraded from a 660 to a 1070, i can say from experience that a 660 once over clocked can perform on par with a 1050 and almost at the same level as a 1050ti. if i can run witcher 3 at max settings reaching 60fps, with 12gb of ddr3 ram and a i3 530 cpu. the 660 is still a decent gpu.however it really is something that is on its last legs in terms of how long its going to be a viable option for budget gamer’s.really however a 1050ti should be the min budget gtx gpu for budget gamers.but to answer your question, yes a gtx 660 will handle most games at 60+FPS on medium to high graphics settings. keep in mind most newer games will require the card to be overclocked a little to reach that 60fps sweet spot.most games released pre 2014 will run with a 660 easily at 60fps. as to why other answers say otherwise would suggest a lack of experience or knowledge with overclocking and older gpu’s.

Will an i3 3240 handle crysis 3 1080p?

This my specs:
CPU
Intel core i3 3240 3.4ghz
Gpu
Gtx 660 ti
Ram
4gb x2 DDR3 ram
Psu
Cooler master 525

Will the i3 be a bottleneck to the game?I know that crysis 3 is a CPU hungry game lol.pls tell me I will game at 1080p and hopefully at high/very high setting.I need an answer asap thx!!!

Gtx 660 ti sli Bottleneck with i5 3550?

No The i3 would have issues at stock cpu mhz speed, but the i5 is very much up to the task. Mainly the sli function splits the video game into two halfs on the monitor. A good example is the sewer water sceen in call of duty world at war. Play that game with and without sli and you will see a difference.

Will a intel core 2 quad Q6600 bottleneck a gtx 650 or 660?

It certainly won't bottleneck a GTX 650... that's barely faster than your GTX 550 Ti and therefore isn't worth buying anyway.

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/G...

Your Q6600 probably can't get the maximum fps out of a GTX 660, because at just 2.4Ghz it's a pretty slow gaming processor. I recommend overclocking it, if you have a good 3rd-party cooler and your motherboard allows it.
