Can someone help me with my Internet Speed? :|?

Yesterday, everything was fine... and now it takes about half an hour to load 2 Min video on you tube.. before speed test results were-

Ping: MAX 40
Download Speed: 2.60 MBPS ( not much but that was enough for me )
Upload Speed: 1 MBPS ( I don't mind this being low because I don't usually upload anything )

And now..-

Ping: 120-136
Download Speed: 0.10-0.90 MBPS
Upload Speed: 0.30-0.50 MBPS

I really have no idea about what happened..
I run Windows 7
in-case you wanted to know... please let me know if there's anything I should do.. right now I am going scan my pc for viruses...

My internet keeps disconnecting...can someone help?

For the past 5-6 months my internet will disconnect for less than a second but come right back on without me having to do anything. It is really annoying and it disrupts anything I try to do (like a job application or gaming). It will stop videos and force them to restart, say web pages are unavailable, and keep me off of any online game, but as soon as it disrupts whatever I am doing, it comes right back up! It'll let me stay on the internet without kicking me off again for as little as 2 minutes or up to about 3 hours.

I have tried everything I can think of to make it stable. I've checked to make sure my DHCP was enabled, I disabled my IPv6 connection, replaced all of the internet wires, plugged the internet directly to my computer without the router, turned everything off for 10 minutes and again for a whole day, gotten a new network adapter, and I've even reformatted my computer!!! I can't think of anything else to do!

I have Windows 7 Ultimate, a Netgear WNDR3300 router, ATI Radeon HD 2400 HD Series Graphics card, ASUS NX1101 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, and two Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80 GHz Processors. I use an internet service that is local to my are called Mainstreet Broadband with 3mbps because it is all that is offered where I live. It doesn't do it at my cousin's house who has the exact same as me and 3mbs is the max which I get constantly when It's not disconnected. The router isn't the problem either because the same thing occurs when my internet is plugged directly into the computer, and Mainstreet told me that there is nothing more they can do to fix it... any other advice?

Can someone help me fix my internet connection problem?

I recently bought a new Netgear DM111PSP-100NAS Broadband ADSL2+ Modem and am trying to connect it back to my computer while running it through a Linksys WRT1100 Wireless Router. About a week ago, I was able to connect to the internet through this pathway with no problems, giving me wireless internet throughout my house, but after my Netgear modem was accidentally reset once by my brother, I have not been able to connect wirelessly. I have tried reinstalling both the Linksys and Netgear software to no avail, and when I try to reconfigure my linksys router, it says that there is a connectivity issue with the ethernet port and that there is no internet connection, however the computer will register on the network and sharing center that there is a connection, but nothing on my internet browser will load. Also, I can only connect to the internet if I am plugged directly from the back of my modem into my computer, and if I run it to the linksys, I can't connect to the internet. My question is how to fix this problem so that I can have wireless internet again. I do not speak computer language well at all, so please simplify what you say, and to give you a mental image of what I am dealing with, I have the netgear modem running to the wireless router via ethernet and from the router to the back of the computer.
