If used as an answer to a question such as “How do you keep your house clean?” then “Someone helps me” is correct.If you are asking for help then “Someone [please] help me” is correct.If the latter is the case I strongly recommend that you add please so as not to appear rude.

No. tehparadox did not move to desiparadox.com. There were a couple of sites out there that decided to try and capitalize on tehparadox's popularity the last couple times their servers were down. There is absolutely no validity to this. I was having the same problems yesterday, but I was able to get there without much issue today. I don't know what browser you typically use, but you may want to try switching and see if that helps. I was using Firefox, and couldn't access the site. I switched over to IE with lowered security settings, and got in without a problem. After the initial login, I could access from Firefox too. It is probably a problem with your security settings.

It is very controversial. Those sites don't actually store the illegal software on their servers. But, if you'll notice, Demonoid has been taken off the internet (yet again) because the people who rent the servers have been threatened with lawsuites. For the average user, there is no threat OF being part of one of the communities, because technically you're not doing anything illegal.
