Can Someone Write The Twilight Quotes Before The The First Page Of The Book

What page is this twilight quote on?

"About three things I was absolutely positive. First, Edward was a vampire. Second, there was a part of him- and I didn't know how dominant that part might be- that thirsted for my blood. And Thirsted, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him." (Page.195 last paragraph. Bella said it to herself)

"Stupid shiney Volvo owner"(page 83 on the bottom Bella said to herself.)

"And so the lion fell in love with the lamb." (Page 274. Third paragraph Edward says. After that Bella says "stupid lamb." and Edward says"What a sick, masochostic lion.")

“ I may not be a human , but I am a man. ” - Edward Cullen (page 311 Middle.)

That was fun. I love those poems. thank you for making me look through my book (in a good way)
:)

What is the worst sentence/quote in any of the Twilight books?

First of all, I have to say that I love the books, but I know exactly what you mean about the writing. Anyway, to answer your question:

Well the "And the lion fell in love with the lamb" causes me to convulse. Plus if a guy ever referred to me as a lamb, even if he was speaking metaphorically, I'd seriously be offended.

But there's a line in Eclipse that does it for me: "Sleep, my Bella. Dream happy dreams. You are the only one who has ever touched my heart. It will always be yours. Sleep, my only love."

I would have fallen off the bed laughing if a guy ever told me that. She should have thrown him off the bed just for that. I mean what's up with the verbal diarrhea in the middle of the night?

Quotes from the beginning of the Twilight books?

Twilight: "But the tree of knowledge of good and evil thou shalt not eat of it; for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die." -Genesis 2:17

New Moon: "These violent delights have violent ends and in their triumph die, like fire and powder, which as they kiss, consume." -Romeo and Juliet, Act II, Scene VI

Eclipse: "Some say the world will end in fire, some say in ice. From what I've tasted of desire I hold with those who favor fire. But if it had to perish twice, I think I know enough of hate to say that for destruction ice is also great and would suffice." -Robert Frost's poem "Fire and Ice"

Breaking Dawn:

Book One- "Childhood is not from birth to a certain age and at a certain age the child is grown and puts away childish things. Childhood is the kingdom where nobody dies." -Edna St. Vincent Millay

Book Two- "And yet, to say the truth, reason and love keep little company together nowadays." -William Shakespeare "A Midsummer Night's Dream" Act III, Scene i

Book Three- "Personal affection is a luxury you can have only after all your enemies are eliminated. Until then, everyone you love is a hostage, sapping your courage and corrupting your judgment." -Orson Scott Card "Empire"

Is this a real quote from twilight? (the book) "without the darkness you may never see the stars"?

Yes, it's an actual quote from Twilight (I just read that part to my sister). I think it was....

Edward; Darkness is so predictable, don't you think?
Bella; It's not so bad. Without darkness, we'd never see the stars.
.....
Bella; *grimace* Not that you see them much here anyway.

Something like that. XD

Where did the name Twilight for the Twilight book series come from?

Stephenie Meyer got the idea of the Twilight Saga because one night she couldn't sleep so she took sleeping pills. That night Meyer dreamed of the whole four books, not one, all of them! Meyer dreamed of the names of the characters one night, then the next she dreamed of the covers of the books. She called an artist to describe them to and draw them. She said the meaning of the Twilight hands were in Bella's holding the forbidden fruit which is in the Bible. The flower on New Moon is for the beauty in her life (Edward). The Eclipse cover, her life is on a thread. And, the Breaking Dawn cover is she moves from a low player to a higher player. Then, she improved it by adding other details. But the freaky thing is, Stephenie dreamed of everything: Forks, Washington, Bella's name, Edward, the meadow the Volturi. Are you sure they were sleeping pills Stephenie? Ok, good job. That makes sense. But I read that she dreamed about Edward and Bella in the meadow, and then she kept building on it. Eventually she had Twilight and then she just kept going and got New Moon and Eclipse. It really took her a while to write Breaking Dawn but she did and had to rewrite the ending like a thousand times. Then they were all published. Finally the idiot from Hollywood found the book in a shop in New York and brought it back to Hollywood thus the Twilight people cared about was born. When the movie came out it was so over done that half the people who liked it now hate it. Then New Moon came out and no one cared. And here we are. Thanks for reading. And actually it was once called Forks, but no one except for Meyer liked it so her publisher changed it to Twilight.

I need important Twilight quotes !!!!?

The whole saga or just the first book?
Since you didn't specify I'm going to do them about the book:

1- See: first you look for quotes

When life offers you a dream so far beyond any of your expectations, it’s not reasonable to grieve when it comes to an end.

You could explain what you understand with the quote.

From my point of view what Bella is trying to say is that whenever we get a dream which we know can never be true, we never expect it to become a reality so we don't try to make it real so it doesn't even hurt us to let it go.

For example:
Have you by any chance ever wanted to meet Edward Cullen, or to have a vampire aching for your love, like he does with Bella?
You have right? but you know its not possible so doesn't hurt you

Lets say you try to pass your math exam, and you work hard to pass it, but you fail, you get disappointed and mad and outraged.

I feel like Im getting nowhere here.

Hope u understood, if you didnt let me know.

Can anyone tell me the whole quote thats in Twilight about team switzerland?

Edward was telling her how she shouldn't be around the werewolves and she just said something like I am neutral in all this, I am Switzerland.

Ok page 143, Eclipse. Bella has just left Angela's house, she went there after running off to La Push again. Edward rides by Angela's and she knows she is caught. Angel suggests that Edward may be Jealous and Bella honestly considers it. Actually here I will just type it out for you.

His eyes blazed. "This is only about you. All I care is that you are safe."
The black fire in his eyes was impossible to doubt.
"Okay," I sighed. "I believe that. But I want you to know something-- when it comes to all this enemies nonsense, I'm out. I am a neutral country. I am Switzerland. I refuse to be affected by territorial disputes between mythical creatures. Jacob is family. You are...well, not exactly the love of my life, because I expect to love you for much longer than that. The love of my existence. I don't care who's a werewolf and who's a vampire. If Angela turns out to be a witch, she can join the party, too."

Outliers quotes and page numbers.......?

if you did the assignment before... than why don't you have a copy of the first one you did? I have the book, if you give me the quotes you used, I can try to look up the page numbers for you.

Why do so many mediocre and bad writers over-estimate their talents and think they can write books people will enjoy reading?

Very interesting question and I personally know a few who think they are great writers waiting for their door to open (but they are not and everyone reading their blogs/stories/articles knows it).I think it’s because of the following primary reasons:Zero cost - Writing a book doesn’t cost you anything (except time which is usually abundantly available for these folks)Metrics undefined - There is no set standard to be successful. Art is subjective and if you tell them their writing sucks, they will quote some popular author who was once rejected by everyone around him/herEgo - people tend to believe they have a LOT to tell this world, though most people don’t really care about what they have to sayShortcut to fame - One book is all it takes to get to limelight (J.K.Rowling is the most quoted example here)No age barriers - you could write a book when you are 10, 20, 30, 40 or even 100 (though 100 would be pushing it)“Supportive” friends/family/relatives - When your friends, relatives and/or family members aren’t honest and critical, you receive a lot of false praises which makes you believe you are actually someone that you are notDenial - People are usually not OK with accepting defeat and “I’m trying to publish my work” is one of the (if not the) coolest excuses you could use for not being successful (I’m talented, but the time hasn’t come for the world to see my potential)Having said that, there are some genuine talents that are waiting for their moment and the only way to differentiate them from the “run of the mill wannabes” is reading their work, which most people don’t have the time for, especially given that talented folks are far and few, and to get to their work, you probably will have to read a ton of sludge first. It’s a weird setup indeed.
